The APARTMENTS company was established in 2007 and runs several apartment buildings with over 100 apartments. Dedicated to help customers with short and long term stays in Oslo. Our reception is located at Josefines gate 30 - The SWEET. We have a 24/7 mobile reception, where you can reach us. During office hours we are here for you via email, phone and chats here. After office hours you can reach us via mobile phone and our Securitas service can help you out in emergencies. We are an experienced and responsible host, with a friendly and helpful staff. We focus on efficient check ins, quiet stays and cleanliness of our apartments. Our house rules are simple: No parties, quiet time from 10 PM - 08 AM, easy check in after 3 PM, easy check out at 11 AM and cleaning of the apartment is included in the nightly rate. We appreciate it if you dispose of your trash and put on the dishwasher before you depart. Whether you are travelling alone, with friends, or family we are always happy to make your accommodation a great experience. Our apartments are at your disposal, and we hope you'll enjoy your time visiting us here in Oslo.

The apartment complex Louises gate 20 is extremely central in a popular, well-established and sought-after area on St. Hans Haugen. Walking distance to many parks, shops in Thereses gate and Bislett stadium and swimming pool. The apartment complex features 1-bedroom standard apartments for 1-2 people who are looking to have a quiet place to sleep and relax after exploring the city. As well as large 2-bedroom and even 3-bedroom apartments, which are perfect for friends and families that are travelling together. All apartments have an open living room and kitchen area with a large fridge, stove, cooking tops, microwave and coffee maker. The living room is equipped with a couch, coffee table and TV set up, as well as Wi-Fi that works in the whole apartment. All our apartments have a clean and modern bathroom with a washing machine, sink, toilet and shower. Our larger apartments also have a dryer / tumbler in the bathroom. There are only stairs in this villa looking historic building, but it makes it even more charming. What makes this a great destination for families, singles, couples and friends is the location and how the rooms are divided in the apartment for a spacious solution. Our top floor apartment has a tilted ceiling, which brings in natural sunlight and gives a charming effect of a loft apartment. The apartments on the first floor are accessible by just 10 stair steps, which makes you feel like you are on the second floor and not the ground floor. The apartments on the second floor gives you and even more elevated feeling, privacy and natural light in the larger apartments. The street outside the building is a main road, but most bedrooms are facing the back of the building and the windows are good isolated for a good night sleep. The keys are chips and can be picked up at the reception in Josefines gate 30, only 10-15 minutes walking distance, upon check out you can leave the keys inside the apartment for a smooth and easy check out.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood at Louises gate 20 is located in the heart of Bislett and St. Hans Haugen. Only a 2-5 minute walk to St. Hans Haugen Park, which makes for an excellent place for sunbathing, outdoor grilling, jogging, yoga or just relaxing with a good book. A charming recreation area with fine views, green expanses and entertainment events. You can dine outdoors in the park in the summer time. In the other direction of the apartment complex you find Bislett stadium with lots of sports and entertainment events like soccer and concerts. Here you can also work out or even go for a swim at Bislett Bad. Exploring the city by foot can be exciting and the location of Louises gate 20 marks a good spot for that. However, if you prefer to take public transportation there are busses and trams only 2-5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, which take you to Tjuvholmen and Fornebu, or Ullevål hospital and Rikshospital and of course to the city center. Here you find the Royal Palace, National Theater train station, Karl Johan street and lots of shops and restaurants. Fagerborg church is at Pilestredet 72, just a short walk away. It was built in the English village style and was completed in 1903. If you prefer to cook at home, you need not walk far to Thereses gate where you have Vinmonopolet, grocery shops and fine foods selections. There is no parking associated with the apartment complex, but right around the corner you will find street parking possibilities.
