l have a balcony which you can sit and relax, Children playground is besides that your children can play while you are relaxing.
Good and quiet area. Easy access to get the bus to town, local shops, Mcdonald's, Bowling, Churches, Mosque are around. 5 to 10 mins walking distance by walking around the sea for fresh air.
