Situated 5 minutes South East of Paihia Changing Tides BnB is a newly built and refurbished house set on a sloping landscaped contoured section which includes some native bush. The front of the house has expansive water views along with estuary access at the rear of the property where there is a boat shed and water access. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating and feature a flat screen Television, Tea and Coffee making facilities and your own en suite. You can enjoy your own private deck with table and chairs. Free wifi and parking is available and included is a continental breakfast.
We welcome guests to our BnB and hope to share with you some of our local knowledge.. We both enjoy an outdoor lifestyle and am sure that we can help you choose the right adventures while you are in the Bay of Islands.
Situated 5 minutes from the Paihia Wharf and Hub of Paihia where you can take a tour of the Bay of Islands or simply take the passenger ferry to Russell. Fishing, Sailing and Parasailing Trips are also available. We are situated on the coastal walk from Paihia to Russell. Learn about our history at the Waitangi Treaty Grounds where you can enjoy a cultural show. Paihia and Russell have lots of restaurants serving our local cuisine. A local farmers market is held on a Thursday afternoon in cenrtal Paihia where you will find local wines, cheese, fruit and veges.
