Great location. Really appreciated great selection of condiments and the awesome fruit bowl. Selection of charging cables was another unexpected and super handy extra. Loved the early morning view from the bedroom window.

Property information

This compact and sunny fully self-contained apartment is located in the top story of an early colonial cottage dating from the 1910s. It's ideally placed on the edge of the city with all the benefits of a quiet suburban street while still being just a short walk away from busy Cuba St, the CBD and the waterfront. The apartment is the upper storey of a colonial house and contains one bedroom, one bathroom, two decks, and a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area complete with queen-sized sofa bed. The entire upstairs apartment will be yours, including bedroom, bathroom, both upstairs decks, and the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area.

Neighbourhood information

Mt Cook is one Wellingtons oldest suburbs, on the south-western corner of the CBD. The area is very quiet and excellently located. Access to the town belt and the multitude of walking tracks around Wellington is a 5 minute walk away. The Nairn Street Cottage Colonial Museum is directly across the road.
