Great comfortable home.Nice and clean and added bonus of 2 toilets which was great as there was 6 of us.

Located in Picton, Close to Picton Town offers shared self-contained accommodation with BBQ facilities. The shared kitchen is equiped with a stove, microwave, fridge and freezer. A BBQ is located on the deck for your use. The shared lounge has TV with cable channels, including sport and movie channels plus air-conditioning in this area only. We love the outdoors with spending time out in the beautiful Sounds and more often than not at the Port Underwood. Keen fishing and divers there is plenty of local knowledge to be shared with you

Property information

This is a great house for a family or a group of friends to stay. It is so close to town so if you decide to go out for a meal it is a 3-5 minute walk. Plus no need to get a taxi home. There is plenty of room to unwind and relax. Make yourselves at home and enjoy what we have to offer in Picton

Neighbourhood information

The neighbourhood is set in a quite street with a small school opposite. It is only a 3-5 minute walk to town and the waterfront where you can enjoy our local cafes and find plenty to do.
