The location was fabulous. Walking distance from War Museum, Art Gallery, Auckland Tower, and the vintage restaurants and shops in Grafton. A couple of mini markets nearby if you wanted to cook in the apartment. Bus stop nearby and taxi drivers knew the hotel well. Cleaning service very reliable every day, front desk staff polite and helpful.

Upon presentation of the credit card, the hotel will process a pre-authorization, which will place a hold of NZD 100 per night and full prepayment of the accommodations booked. Pre-paid credit cards and Debit plus Visa cards will be accepted under the terms and conditions issued by the bank or card provider. Funds available on the card should be a minimum of NZD 200 per night booked (in addition to the total payable for accommodations).
