The property said it was in Oneroa, but was actually a few kms out of town. Bus was convenient though.
Fenice and the Waiheke Grocer we’re both fabulous. Got a bargain at the Recycle Boutique. Cyclone prevented beach time, but had a lovely massage come to us (Inner Spring). Even in bad weather Waiheke was fun and beautiful

Charming small main town on Waiheke Island.
Charming small main town on Waiheke Island. V good bus service and is served by 2 ferry likes to Auckland.
There are several excellent restaurants and many wonderful wineries on the island, which we recommend.
The locals are friendly and helpful. We have stayed in Oneroa several times and always look forward to returning. It is not a cheap destination.

Great place to visit, lots to do & see.
Great place to visit, lots to do & see. Earlier in the week a number of places closed due to Covid as they can't get the staff. Closer to the weekend more places open. Enjoyed lots of Cellar Door tastings & took lots of wine home to stock our cellar.

nice village, bigger than I had realised from internet/brochures. 1st time visit.
Variety of shops - food & clothes & souvenirs, Not just for tourists but locals too.
easy to get about on foot. very near beach & sea.
Plenty nice restaurants - good variety of food choices.
nearby wineries i did not get to.
Our stay at Cable Bay Views was great. The studio was spacious and clean, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. The stunning view added an extra touch of beauty to our experience. While the location had a few challenges, such as being a 25-minute walk from Oneroa village and the absence of a nearby bus stop, these were minor inconveniences that didn't significantly impact our overall enjoyment, especially being also close to well-known wineries like Mudbrick and Cable Bay (3-5min walk).
These 2 apartments were a real find! We can't say enough to emphasize that the apartments were so clean, lovely bedding, towels, completely furnished kitchen (we cooked both nights on the grill), wonderful location within walking distance of the charming town of Oneroa. Air conditioning works great. We used the laundry facilities on the property. The garden with walking paths and gazebo is such a lovely setting. You can't get much better than this anywhere!
The property was lovely, and very quiet and peaceful. Very pleasant outlook. Several choices of places to sit.
Not too far from Waiheke Village (walking distance).
The breakfast was lovely, with fresh fruit, sliced up, every morning, and fresh yoghurt, along with cereals, toast and choices of jams and spreads. Tea and coffee available 24/7 on both floors.
The location was excellent an easy walk to the beach or even into Oneroa. There was a great view of the sea from the front of the property and a lovely veranda to have breakfast. The facilities in the house were excellent from a gigantic fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. We really loved our time in this property.
Great location, only a few minutes walk to oneroa and beach. Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Property is lovely, private, set amongst the trees with a beautiful view. Shower pressure was great. Highly recommend and would stay again.
Great location close to ferry & Oneroa village. Lovely view over the boats in the bay & the Auckland city lights in the evening. Also positioned to enjoy the late afternoon sun. Excellent unit thoughtfully offering everything you need. Friendly accommodating host.
Our room was lovely and tidy and it was a comfortable bed. The location was perfect to walk to the beach and Oneroa village. The bus stop was close by and took us right to some wineries. Our host was amazing and went out his way to make our stay enjoyable.
Easy walking distance from Oneroa Beach and the village. Modern and clean. Everything you need to be self contained. Surprisingly efficient and quiet fan for cooling in the absence of a heat pump. Great choice of TV programmes and Netflix.
The bed was so comfy and decor lovely. Tracy was in contact and clear with her instructions and flexible so that we could check in earlier. Lots of extras were included - torches, robes, beach bag, towels, books, music - it was fab :)
Dyan and Rob are the warmest, best hosts! Great location close to Oneroa shops, the beach, hiking and bus routes. Breakfast and tea baked goods were also homemade and delicious! Would highly recommend staying here!
Perfect location for me to access my event. Clean and tidy and plenty of heating to keep warm during the winter months. I used the mountain bikes available to go exploring the beaches that were close by.
Nice and clean, on edge of Oneroa village so easy enough walk (10 mins ish). We picked up a car and parking was easy. Appreciated the tea and coffee (lots of it!). Lots of comfy pillows which was nice.
Good sized apartment with comfy bed and good little kitchen with a lovely garden right outside. An easy walk from Matiatia ferry terminal, Oneroa village and local wineries
