Mahu Whenua consists of 5 luxury suites. Surrounded by high country sheep stations, the property is only a 20-minute drive from central Wanaka. A heated outdoor swimming pool, spa and free private parking on site is offered. Each suite features views of the mountains and Lake Wanaka or of the Motatapu River and stables. All rooms include a private en suite bathroom. There are shared dining and living areas. A library, media and games rooms is also provided for entertainment. Guests have access to a laundry, dry room, ski storage, heli-pad and outdoor fire pit. The accommodation includes breakfast, lunch (except on the day of arrival/departure), dinner, morning and afternoon teas, pre-dinner canapes, refreshments and premium wine and beverages served with dinner.
