Feel free to park your cars on the street; it's a quiet, no-exit end street with plenty of spaces. You can also drive in and park on side by my garage door. A private entrance and stairway lead to a spacious living room with a modern kitchen, including 4 gas stoves and all kitchen wares. Cook a proper meal just like at home and enjoy it in a cozy dining area. Indulge in an espresso from the coffee machine. Relax on the comfortable sofa with a smart HD TV featuring unlimited Netflix. The two bedrooms boast Queen-size beds, also a sofa bed, and a double-size floor mat for additional guests. Full bedding with Clean sheets and memory foam pillows ensure a restful sleep. The living room is equipped with AC and a Gas heater, while the bedrooms have fans and heaters. Two private bathrooms with shower and a washing machine, cater to your convenience. A new heat pump dryer is now available for shared use in the main house garage. Feel free to send a message if you wish to utilize it. Your stay includes provisions of fresh milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, 2 bottles of water, kitchen and bathroom essentials, laundry powder, and clean linens and towels. Guests can enjoy the shared backyard and expansive deck area. Please note that the house is not suitable for parties or events, and noise after 9:00 pm is strictly prohibited. To ensure a harmonious environment for all guests and our family residing downstairs, we kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining quiet nights.
