Riverside Villa is a city-fringe getaway overlooking the banks of the beautiful Maitai River, just footsteps from Nelson City’s main shopping district, cafes, restaurants, Trafalgar Park & more! No party or venue use. No Smoking. By special written permission pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet. Special terms and an NZD50 pet fee will apply. Garage is a storage area for the property owner. You are welcome to park bicycles, pram etc inside, but not a car. Ample off-street parking is provided. *Note that while sleeping capacity is for up to 9 guests, dining & other amenities are best suited for up to 7 guests.
