Seaside Apartment is well appointed for your comfort & is located right on the Nelson waterfront overlooking beautiful Tasman Bay with sensational sea views, an easy walk from great cafes & restaurants & just a short drive from the beach & city centre! This apartment has dedicated secure garaging for 2 standard vehicles. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m. The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort. Security cameras have been installed in all the car parking areas, the entrance foyer (by the lifts) and the lift landing on each level. Camera footage is backed up to cloud storage and then deleted after a month. Please bring your mask - While you are in contact with our staff members when we welcome you or attend a call-out request for you, and at anytime while you are transiting public areas in the building (hallways/elevators/lobby/garages), we will need to ask that you wear a mask. Please ensure that you have one with you. Thank you.
