Initial greeting by reception staff was welcoming & friendly. Details re location of room etc clear. Room neat & tidy and more than I expected from the price paid. I stayed only one night so did not visit kitchen etc. I will certainly return and also recommend it to others.

I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom. Everything was good, the kitchen was very good to use. Showers are very good too.

On the lake front, cabin was cosy, no utensils, crockery in shared kitchen, need to bring your own. Shared bathrooms showers had great pressure and hot water and shared kitchen and lounge well maintained.

Loved this campsite, best shower/toilet facilities I've used in the South Island. They were clean and very warm. The kitchen was a good size and the view of the lake from the campsite was beautiful.
