Arguably an unbeatable location, just 350m from Mount Maunganui village, and 150m from the beach, this space provides the ultimate beach holiday spot. Family-friendly amenities ensure a comfortable stay, including access to a shared pool for everyone to enjoy without the sandy aftermath! Climb the Mount, shop the town, hunt for the best coffee, relax on the beach, and settle back home for a classic Kiwi BBQ on the patio. The space: Situated in the Longbeach apartment complex, this home has three spacious bedrooms that cater to up to 6 guests. A queen master bedroom, a queen second bedroom, and a third bedroom with a double bed. We also have a porta cot available upon request. There are two bathrooms, of which one is an ensuite to the master bedroom. The other bathroom is located off the hallway and has the washing machine and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities to make home-cooked meals. Enjoy the outdoor dining while taking in the beach air. There are two parking spots in the secure car park for guests. The apartment complex has a shared pool available for guests to enjoy that is open during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 10 p.m. Guest access: - You'll have the full use of the apartment. - The apartment is part of a complex with other residents and holidaymakers. Everyone in the complex has the shared use of the pool, car park, and clotheslines. Other things to note: - This home is part of an apartment complex with neighbours. We ask that you please be respectful of their space too. - We do not provide beach towels, so please remember to bring your own beach essentials!
