Great area for outdoor adventures. Was a little disappointed with the town itself-too many pizza and burger/American food places and junky souvenir places. Wished there were more Panamanian places. But the area is beautiful and people were really nice.

It has nothing to do with a hotel
It has nothing to do with a hotel
And I actually find it very misleading that you have given it 5 stars.
No heating and only access to the room except for breakfast.
and furthermore two big dogs that roam around outside your room

It is a very cute place with excellent weather during January. We had dinner at the Panamonte and at Butchers (the meat was excellent). The new walking park next to the river is beautiful. We visited Finca Lerida, it is a beautiful finca with the best coffee served (and passion fruit cake!) - we drive to the National Park area and the view was stunning! And then we drove to the Volcan area. Different kind of nature, beautiful as well!

We absolutely loved Boquete!
We absolutely loved Boquete! Gorgeous, stunning natural beauty. Birds, flowers, plants. We saw a range of different birds species including many hummingbirds, warblers and the Quetzal. The weather is temperature and lovely as well. The locals are friendly. I strongly recommend this to any nature lover who just loves spending time outdoors. :)

I loved going for breakfast to a small family owned restaurant, it's called "Punto de Encuentro" it's off the main street as you enter the town. I highly recommend waking up early to eat a yummy Panamanian breakfast.
Driving through the mountains is always a really cool experience as well. Going up to Finca Lerida and trying some coffees. Or going for some Italian food at "El Pianista".
You can also plan a trip to either hike up to Volcan Baru or pay someone to take you up in a truck and watch the sunrise. Overall, Boquete is AMAZING and I highly highly recommend.
The night life is also pretty fun too! So many places with good local beer, artisanal and IPA's are always available.
The mountain side view from your individual guest houses is spectacular as is the view from the gazebo at the end of your walkway. Fabulous night skies when its not cloudy. Each guest has their own small house with a large bedroom and living room. The (continental) breakfast you order the night before is delivered to your door and served on your kitchen table. Its only 15 minutes by car to the 3 most popular trails in the area and only 15 minutes to downtown Boquete. A place like this in the States would cost $1,000/night.
Coffee Estate is a beautiful property that overlooks the Volcan Baru of Boquete. The bungalow was a great setup for our family of 5, as we had plenty of room to spread out, privacy, but also the amenities of a hotel, such as breakfast and Brian helping us with transportation. The view is spectacular, and the rooms were clean, functional, and spacious. We also liked the location just outside of town. We mostly took a taxi of the Coffee Estate van, but walked into town a couple of times.
The location of the hotel was perfect, close to town but just on the outskirts so it was nice and quiet. Our room overlooked the river so to hear the noise of the rushing water was very peaceful. The room was comfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed the hot tub and the swimming pool and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The included breakfast was light but delicious and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in this cute town!
Herman was a wonderful host. He carried out luggage to the room and gave us the full tour of the facilities and ideas on places to see for our first visit to Boquete. It is a warm and welcoming place with lovely gardens and sitting areas and clean as a pin. Fabulous place that truly checked all the boxes for us. I had the best sleep in months. Booked in at another accommodation the following night and was terribly disappointed.
The problem with these places isnt the place itself but the overall geographical position. Boquete is on the list of places to visit in Panama. We know not why really. This if course drives up the price. So the hostel was fine. Plenty of good kitchen equipment and places to sit out. Staff not very joyous but we can deal with that. The price is good for Boquete - it's just Boquete...
The room , the staff and the location in Boquete is so easy to walk to anywhere . My room and bed were so clean and comfortable . The kitchen you can cook your own meals and they have so many appliances . it’s really just a great atmosphere and the view looking out the window or outside the patio is picturesque of the mountains and so green
The staff are really nice and so helpfull
The hotel is located near restaurants and you can walk to most of places
However, there is no attraction on site (no pool, no restaurant or anything else)
You have to take a taxi to go to most places, but it is pretty cheap
Overall a good stay, if it's raining, you won't have much to do on site.
The hotel is within walking distance to center of Boquete where you find many restaurants and bars. The breakfast area has a nice view on the surrounding scenery outside and the stuff is helpful when it comes to question for hiking suggestions or the bus schedule in the area.
The location was perfect, 3 minute walk to a supermarket, 3 minute walk to a veggie/fruit market, 2 minute walk to a sandwich and coffee shop, a fish market next door to the coffee shop, 4-5 minute walk to bus and taxis and downtown Boquete, stores and restuarants.
Everything! The location is in the center of Boquete - great for tours & restaurants. The whole hostel area is incredibly beautiful and surrounded by nature. The cylinders are really cozy. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. We loved everything about our stay!
The host, greg, is extremely helpful. He allowed us to do our laundry, helped to arrange a tour and was always one call away. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Boquete. we would come back anytime!
The location was great. Beautiful river near by and 5-8 minute walk into town. Very kind and helpful staff! The rooms were clean and the hotel lobby was comfortable. WiFi worked well. Would consider staying there again.
We loved everything about this property. Our room was amazing!! The staff was wonderful, especially Kevin. The grounds were beautiful. This would definitely be our place to stay on our next visit to Boquete.
Amazing stay! Perfect location in the centre of Boquete town, great space with your own kitchen, comfortable bed and terrace with an beautiful view.
The staff were super friendly and always keen to help.
Nice and small accomodation to spend the time in Boquete. The owners offered to prepare a Pizza and had some recommendations to go out. The rooms are rather small but the place has a nice atmosphere.
