What’s not to love?! We loved our stay at Coibahouse! The views were amazing and the property is charming and peaceful. Darcy was a great host! We hope to come back with our kids. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy life.

The location and layout of the rooms are fantastic. The parking couldn’t have been better. A cute bridge to pass over that we loved walking on greeted by the guard poodles and cats. We loved the dogs and cats (they are not intrusive or noisy but will happily accept some pets if you offer them) We also loved how close it was ro everything. It was very quiet and the views of the sunsets over the beach and the islands were spectacular. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They have comfortable chairs and loungers so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room itself but it was very serviceable. We would definitely love to return.

If you pick this place, you will not regret it. If you are concerned with shared open space/facility, these are really well organized. The terrasse is really big with seats, tables, and Hamach, all facing the amazing sea/beach view. Just a few steps down through the garden and you are on the beach/sea. Great decoration and style of the rooms. Also, not marked in the description, but the kitchen area has a small cooker. Always handy. Really a place we will remember.

The most gorgeous place we stayed on our 1.5 trip to Panama. We spent most of our time just relaxing on the hammocks, looking at the ocean. The kitchen is just big enough to cook almost any meal you’d like with a great view while you’re cooking. amazing shower! it is a shared bathroom space, but the shower and toilet are separate, and there are three sinks. there are only three rooms on the property, and in 6 days we never were waiting on someone, never thought it was an issue! the owner and family are very kind and very helpful. they chatted with us, helped with tours and transport, and always made sure we had what we needed. this was the best money spent on our trip, second to San blas! if you think you might book more nights, DO IT. thank you!!!!

Everything about this guesthouse is PHENOMENAL. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay easy and wonderful. He even drove us to our other hostel when we accidentally arrived a day early. The rooms have A/C, super comfy beds, and literally overlooking the beach. The best sunset view in town is from the many hammocks in the outdoor kitchen. Speaking of kitchen, it was fully stocked and even had a blender to make our own drinks. The owner also gave us the inside scoop on the best snorkel tours in the area and places to eat for cheap if we wanted. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We originally stayed here because it was the cheapest place for two that wasn't full last minute. But this hotel made Santa Catalina our favorite place in Panama.
