I was expecting a charming Latin American city. Instead we found a poor copy of Las Vegas with the emphasis on gambling in Casinos. Crossing the border from Chile to Peru was a nightmare standing in line in the sun for over an hour. We had to return to Chile mid-trip for a day and decided not to cross the border 3 more times so remained in Chile.MarkUnited States of America
