Such a lovely hotel. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was nice, albeit simple. The bed in the room was huuuuge which was so lovely. Nice warm shower too. Staff let us store bags and stay later when we needed to wait for our nice bus.

I arrived very early, about 6am, on the Peru Hop bus and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. I was shown to my room straight away and informed I could have breakfast from 7am. It’s a beautiful old Casa, painted a cool blue with a lot of character. All the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Whilst it’s location is the main road it is set back. My room faced the garden and so all I heard was the birds through my beautiful shuttered window. They were able to help me with my laundry for a small fee too. The breakfast is ok. There are eggs and fresh rolls. I was very comfy there. The location is great for walking everywhere which is what I did. I loved my stay here.

Nice old building. Room was perfect, the balcony was nice. It's next to a major road but it's not noisy. Breakfast was yum. Very secure parking. Under 10 minutes walk to the old center. Ursula and the team are fantastic.

Due to a delay in my bus schedule, I arrived in the heart of the night, yet they immediately welcomed me, providing a room and swiftly handling the paperwork the following morning. Sensing my fatigue, they kindly left water in the room after the long journey. Ursula & Herman were exceptional, not only in their support to organize tours but also in their demeanor, making me feel cared for and at home. The room was comfortable, well-lit, with a beautifully spacious bathroom and a cozy bed! Breakfast was served buffet-style with a variety of choices. Located just a 10-minute walk from the center of Arequipa, the place is well-connected and convenient.

Very charming, old family home. Even had a balcony off the bathroom!! Lovely garden areas both in front and at the back as well as a big comfirtable sitting area. Owners and staff are very friendly, close to the center. Would return again for sure.

The staff was excellent and made our stay a pleasant experience. The breakfast was good and abundant. Located just 10 minutes from the city center, it is perfect for exploring the city. Although it is close to the main street, we had no noise issues. The building itself was very charming, preserving its history.

Super cute villa just 10 minutes walk from the center. The owners are very welcoming and you get a very big breakfast. One of us couldn’t eat gluten and they took care of it. Rooms are comfortable and with private balcony.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Ursula (owner) was just lovely, very engaging and helpful, as were all of the staff. It was really quiet, even tho it was near to a main road. I also liked that it was about a 10 min very easy walk into the historical section. The hotel was old style, but with character and very clean. Breakfast was the typical Peruvian bread, eggs, etc and always fresh. I extended my stay by 3 nights. It was certainly good value.
