This is a budget gem in the overpriced Port Moresby market. The owner (Kule) and driver (Ronnie) were very hospitable, and provided complimentary lifts to restaurants. It is safe to wander immediate neighbourhood (including to the nearby supermarket and betel nut sellers). The small room was perfect for my budget - air con, fan, satellite tv, hot water, kettle, fridge. I had a private tour guide who picked me up each day, so I didn’t have to hassle Ronnie too much for lifts.

Tldr; amazing service with good facilities. First of all, the place is conveniently located a little bit outside the downtown, but close to downtown, airport and waigani. The general area around it is pretty safe during the day, but it may be a little sketchy once you get to the highway. The gate is also guarded 24/7. The staff is great and is very fast to respond to most inquiries in very few minutes. The rooms have different types of facilities, ranging from one bed small room, to a two room apartment. Some rooms have AC (lower floor), some have in suite bathrooms (upper floor). There is also a kitchen with several amenities on ground floor, but all rooms have a fridge, TV, 2 cups and a water heater. The service includes free pick-up and drop of to the airport, you just have to arrange it in advance. I definitely recommend it, especially considering the price.
