Customer service is really great. Room is clean; buffet breakfast is different everyday. Baguio longganisa is the best I've tasted so far. Kettle and coffee in the room. The room is a little bigger. I was allowed late check out without extra charge. That was very considerate. Thank you!

The staff are nice, particularly the security guy who assists us when we checked out. It is also nice that they trained interns.
It is nice that they support the sustainability initiative of burning calories by using the stairs, but it does not help the senior guests because mataas ang stairs and they dont have lift.
Cleanliness - the hotel is quite old, and the switches have dirty finger marks that accumulate due to a long time. The toilet is the same, and the grouting has built up soap scum.
Food - set menu nya, the offers unli rice, but the ulam is for 1 serving only, so you have to buy additional ulam kung malakas ka kumain
Facilities- they have a water heater, so be careful if you will take a shower lalo na if you will wash your hair
Location - 7 mins away to Burnham Park and steps away to restaurants like Sizzling Plate

The staff was great, but the room was showing serious signs of age. Stained grout, inoperable bathroom fans, mold, bad repairs done previously, one toilet wouldn't even flush toilet paper. No water heater in room for coffee/tea. The restaurant breakfast was good, great staff. Parking was good, security was friendly and helpful. The building really need renovation and updating, it smells funky and the on-site businesses are mostly closed.

Great weather. We live in Subic, so the cool weather was refreshing. Difficult to get around in Baguio by car. Very congested city. Taxis were easy to get from where we stayed, but once we traveled to different parts of the city it took my wife and her friends to wait over 45 minutes for a taxi, or if they could not wait any longer had to take Jeepneys to get back to the condo. We had other friends staying at a different place near SM Baguio. After waiting almost an hour for a taxi, the taxi line was crazy, it took them 25 minutes to walk back to their hotel.

Weekend traffic is so painful and disappointing, but manageable in some ways. Too commercialized. But still I love going to Baguio. Getting around will be much easier if there's no heavy traffic. Should have a restriction with the plate nos. so road is much easier to travel. Eating out is also pretty amazing, because you can have anything you want depending of what you want Baguio has it!

We wanted to see the rice terraces but turned out to be a 5 hour bus ride away. Burnham park was ok but not a lot else to do in Baguio but eat and drink! Not easy to get around, have to use taxi and at weekend very hard to get! Gets cold after dark 6pm (down to 9 degrees when we were there) and only reached 22degrees at the highest.

Cool temps, but …. Way too many people!
Cool temps, but …. Way too many people! Restaurants could care less if you are happy or not . Endless supply of hungry visitors and locals. KFC had only 1 kiosk working and refused to manually take orders ? Last choice as ALL other fast food restaurants were mobbed. Jollibee just randomly quit serving and only takeout was available. I asked why ? Couldn’t clean their tables I was told ? Endless taxi lines . Locals knew the tricks to dining and travel … visitors… well good luck .

Baguio has a high influx of domestic travellers causing the...
Baguio has a high influx of domestic travellers causing the steep increase in accommodation prices that are more expensive when compared to accommodations in western countries.
However, the accommodations are of inferior quality - towels so thin, for majorities of the accomodations, there are no room cleaning service unless it is a hotel, only one toilet provided and extras are supplied on request, toilets do not flush properly, no hand towels provided and towels are not changed at all, showers lack pressure and heat, accommodations lack TLC - mouldy toilet tiles, cracked tiles and floors , musty smell in rooms, lack of toiletries and vanities /shelves for personal items - there are always something wrong in the accommodations. Baguio is building more accommodations for tourists but failed to improve/upgrade facilities to international standards - there are a lot of rundown buildings, they charge entrance fees to tourist sites within the former US military based but no improvement to see and the toilet facilities are dismal, wet and dirty floors, no flushes, no toilet paper, same in botanical garden where you queue too long to pay for an entrance ticket then they still charge you 8 pesos to use a dirty toilet facility, extreme and chaotic traffic conditions do not make your vacation pleasant, roads are unsafe for foot traffic, what only makes Baguio a standout is its cool climate and hospitable people and nothing else to rave. Better go to Bali, Indonesia and spend half of what you pay for in Baguio but with better, cheaper, quality facilities.

The hotel is a 3 star with services of a 1 star.
Absolutely the worst service we have ever received
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone
Also they only have Philippino breakfast and my
Philippino family members said it was cold and nasty
The location is located along a road where there's not too much traffic. The surrounding is quiet and offers the tourists a taste of life in Baguio because it's not a hotel. There's a restaurant, bars, a cafe, and a convenience store around the area too. The establishment has its own bar and a welcoming reception area. It is simply perfect accommodation.
Maganda ang location ng hotel na to. Hindi ka mahirapan mag commute if ever na wala kang dalang car. Also, very helpful naman ng mga staff nila so kung di ka familiar sa vicinity, they will guide you and give out recommendations like for us na first timer sa Baguio. May mga food places din nearby. Hotel wise - wala kaming naging issue.
Lovely hotel in the pines of Baguio near the Botanical Gardens with plenty of cool mountain breezes. Plenty of rooms and two small balconies for sitting in the open air. Covered parking with good security. I like the mattress but my wife called them so-so. Located on a pleasant cul-de-sac.
I really enjoyed our stay in Baguio. The Olive Town Center and Hotel is a great hotel. We had a big room with a balcony and everything was really great. We could check in late and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying in the hotel.
The property is very near Burnham Park and other tourist spots in Baguio City. There are also restaurants nearby. The owner is very accommodating and takes extra effort in updating guests of the situation in Baguio days before the expected arrival.
The breakfast is cheap at Php 100 per order / set of 1 egg and 1 choice of Hotdog, tinspa, sausage ham ,bangus, etc and with free cup of coffee. The location is very near Burnham Park, Session Road and mist importantly it’s very near Restaurants.
The only good thing about this place is the location. It is at the center of the city and very near Burnham Park, Session Road, wet and pasalubong market. It is also walking distance on good restos like Sizzling Plate and Cafe by the Ruins.
This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Baguio. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the OYO Baguio Transient offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.
Keep in mind how it is in Philippines.
Over all was good.
Nice staff. They don't seem to have office by entrance. Have to go up 1 level. But no biggie.
Baguio another real busy city.
I did not like the hotel, so disappointing, the stairs all the way to 5h floor, the room so tiny and dirty, as I am Canadian, that was the worst hotel I stayed in Baguio city
The Place is clean. Near Sm Baguio,Session road. You can cook while you stay. Their Staff is very friendly & Accomodating. I Highly recommned this Place.
