Upon my initial entry into Unit 1725, I was pleasantly impressed by the arrangement of the furniture. The unit exuded cleanliness and tranquility, which immediately put me at ease. I found great joy in the moments spent gazing at the breathtaking view of Mount Taal from our room. The caretaker was approachable and easy to communicate with, adding to the overall positive experience. I look forward to returning to this property again soon.

Our unit at Wind Residences, Tower 2.
We are MATLOCS, a fully furnished condo unit that is really clean, which makes your stay not only pleasant and comfortable, but also very relaxing and enjoyable. The halls and lounges of all towers are equipped with CCTV's and are also well guarded and so, guests feel so safe and secured. With a minimal amount, guests enjoy the amenities at the clubhouse. The basketball court is free but on a first come-first served basis.
It is run by a corporation, called BUSINESSENTIALS INC. , a service management company based in Las Piñas, Philippines.
Aside from Taal Volcano and other numerous tourist destinations in Tagaytay, it's a stone's throw away to Sky Ranch, a park in this renowned leisure city, south of Metro Manila. Near the area is the Robinson's Supermarket. Our neighbors are popular dining places such as Gerry's Grill, Josephine's Restaurant, Jaytee's bulalo, Carlo's Pizza, Antonio's, Rowena's, Balay Dako and others. There are also many catholic churches and retreat houses in the area. At the Ground floor of Tower 1 is 7-11, a convenience store, and right beside is a nail salon. Right next is a laundry shop. At the top of Tower 3 is the Sky Lounge which allows guests to enjoy a 360-degree view of Tagaytay City. There's a BDO bank downstairs Tower 2 and Ace hardware is just beside it.
