Boutique Residence is an apart-hotel that combines functionality and unique design to create great ideas in a compact format. It is a 6-storey, self-service building with 33 apartments for short-term rental in a 4-star hotel standard. The hotel provides comprehensive concierge and room service. Subject to availability, a private parking space can be reserved. To meet the expectations of individual and group guests, Boutique Residence offers various types of apartments that have one thing in common: a high standard of interiors. Each room has a private bathroom and air conditioning. We also invite four-legged guests! (PLN 100 for a dog). Please note that the offer for Double Room, Superior Studios and Deluxe Studios applies to many apartments of the same standard, which may differ in finish, decor and floor in the building.

Boutique Residence is located in the quickly growing, innovative business district Wrzeszcz, surrounded by the most important Gdańsk business centers (Oliva Business Center, Alchemia, The AmberExpo Exhibition and Convention Centre).
