Location is superb, don't think you can get much better than this. The host is so so lovely - was lovely to meet her. We showed up a bit earlier than expected and we had great communication from the get go and were given an early checkin which was very nice. The place itself feels like home, there is a kitchen for guest use, and a very comfortable roof terrace full of plants to enjoy morning coffee or glass of wine during sunset.
