Excellent location with magnificent view over the picturesque village of Nazaré and certainly with one of the best views of the coastline in Portugal. Nazaré Lift is a 5-minute walk away, allowing easy and quick connection to the village and the beach, without any worries about parking. North Beach (now famous for its giant waves) is 5 minutes away by car or 15 minutes for those who want to go on foot. It is about 35 kms from Leiria (20 minutes) and 120 kms (1 hour) from Lisbon with easy access by the A8, as well as about 50 Kms (35 minutes) from Fátima with access by IC9. Close to shopping areas for convenience shopping and with many good restaurants close by. Very cozy villa, fully equipped and located in a quiet and privileged place, ideal for 1 or 2 couples with children or simply for those who wish to enjoy a family accommodation, next to the beach, the famous waves of Nazaré, tourist sites like The Sanctuary of Fátima, the monasteries of Batalha and Alcobaça, the castles of Leiria, Ourém and Porto de Mós, the fortified village of Obidos, the caves of Mira de Aire, etc.
