The staff were all terrific... including the dining staff. Pedro was very helpful in explaining the area to me in English. The staff also tried their very best to assist in English. There was a very helpful young man on the night shift as well, assisting me with the coffee machine. 😊

Location in the best center of the settlement is only one part of the story. The hotel is amazing, clean, cozy, welcoming. Large and spacious rooms. Although we don't like carpets because of the smells that accumulate, here we didn't feel any smell or unpleasant feeling. The staff is professional and kind, they were at our disposal for everything we asked for. In short, an excellent experience in Sintra
