Situated in an inner yard at the ground floor so it's really quiet. I didn't ask but I think you can park inside the yard if you need to. It's at the ground floor, no exposure to sunlight, and the walls are almost 1m thick, so for those who are afraid of no air conditioner, don't be, it's really cool. It's really spacious, and you could probably accodate 4-6 people if the couch unfolds. The kitchen is fully equipped but why would you need it, there's an excellent brunch place within 1 minute walk. You have a convenience store 6 minutes away, Profi, if you need any basic supplies. Main square is within a 4 minutes walk.
