A superb villa that has seen better days. Probably built around the turn of the century (last one, of course) now badly requiring a complete refurbishment. The hallway, living-room, kitchen, bedrooms were large, spacious with a lot of character but the furniture were wobbly, power sockets were fiddly and kitchen utensils were leftovers from some other places. The doors and windows were not properly isolated so during the night it was mighty cold (Dec 2021). The boiler & radiators were all working fine but just couldn't keep up. There was hot water and the showers were working fine. It is centrally located, just behind Sinaia Hotel and it has a very, very large courtyard. Plenty of space to park. I loved that place, I would definitely go back, probably next summer. I'll get an extra jumper - just in case.

It is a three floor house with a huge yard surrounding it. The house has a lot of fancy furniture. The kitchen room, the living room are very well equipped and fun to spend a time at. The location is fantastic, very close to the city center. The company who manages the house was available and communication was very good. Carpets were new, all living room furniture looked very well taken care of.

Stilul locatiei, fiind in genul caselor vechi, eu am vazut-o ca un mic conac. Camere, lenjerie totul curat. In locatie sunt 4 camere a cate 2 paturi + 1 cu 5 paturi. Cladirea si mobilierul fiind pe stil vechi dau un aer aparte locului.
