This time my room was much more comfortable, I appreciate that. Also, I like that the reception/check-in is available 24 hours and the location is close to the main bus station. That was the main reason why I chose this place, because I usually come to Novi Sad at night. Also, thanks to the kind receptionist lady who helped me open the door while I was carrying my bags.

Great location, 10 min walking distance to city center, and same 10 min to railway/bus station. Very helpful personnel. Good WiFi. Good insulation, it was surprisingly warm in the room in November. Elevator, which not many 2/3 stars hotels have. Slippers included. Great value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time - the first time I was there in November 2016. It has an excellent location - you can quickly walk both to the city center, to the railway and bus stations, there are stores, restaurants and exchange offices within walking distance. Pleasant helpful staff - I asked for the same room where I had already been almost 6 years ago and I got it. The room was well cleaned, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge. Also, there is a refrigerator at the reception where you can buy cold drinks, including beer, at an affordable price around the clock. The breakfast was not very varied, but tasty. Good wi-fi speed (19 Mb/s download, 14 Mb/s upload for September 23, 2022), you can use it comfortably. In general, I can say that the hotel is excellent value for money, I had a good rest there and would gladly come there again.

Position of hotel is maybe one of the best in the city of Novi Sad. For tourist everything is very close so you can explore tourist attraction in Novi Sad without any adicional cost for transportation. Staff is friendly, rooms are tidy and clean. Best value for price i think! All recommendation.
