Большой дом с общей гостиной. Дизайн без изысков, но есть всё необходимое и всё работает. Даже в морозы в доме довольно тепло. Очень удобные кровати и приятное бархатистое постельное бельё. Детям есть где погулять вокруг дома и поблизости в парке большая детская площадка. До центра близко, такси не дорого.

All guest houses first of all are designed for your convenience and comfort stay, they are situated close to each other in the garden, we stay in the nice, safe and old city district "Admiralteyskaya sloboda". Houses are ideal for the guests and individual voyagers as well for travelers with children. As well houses are equipped with all necessary stuff to live “like at home”. I would like to highlight that all foreign guests are provided with migration registration which is completely free of cost and billing, by the way it possible to pay for the stay with credit card. As well we can arrange for you taxi or transfer service without additional costs. All our guests get free map of the city at arrival.
The location is so close to Kremlin of Kazan, it takes about 5 min by car or 10 min by bus to get to Kremlin, major sightseeing, main rail way station. The giant stadium Kazan ARENA is about 10-15 min away by car, in summer time it possible to go on foot within 30 min. On your arrival I will explain about getting around.
