The city is very clean and safe. So many activities to do. So many places to see. You don't even need to sign up with a tour company to visit places of interest except to see the gorillas. You can take public transport or a taxi, or a Moto (motorcycle taxi) to any destination, although the busses are crowded. World class art galleries....and beautiful nature...and many more good stuff.

Kigali is a beautiful city—the cleanliness, calmness and general orderliness—it’s a tourist’s delight! I enjoyed my tour of the Genocide Memorial: it’s a well thought out idea. Kigali’s functional city infrastructure; street lights, well done pavements, speed limits, disciplined driving and the constant innovations are such a breath of fresh air. It had been a while since I visited and I highly recommend it!

Spectacular city. Extraordinary people.
Spectacular city. Extraordinary people. The genocide memorial is a must. Humanity at its worst and how the country has turned around. Remarkable and to be commended. Absolutely safe. So beautiful. The roads are spotless clean.
Beautiful, beautiful hotel, with perfectly equipped rooms with stunning views. Tastefully constructed and decorated. Our two dinners at the hotel were also wonderful - on one occasion at the patio terrace and another in the lobby restaurant. Met and exceeded my expectations. I would love to return, whenever I'm in Kigali next.
Also, the staff is kind. They lit us a fire on our patio on two occasions.
Just a heads up, there's a window wall between the bathroom and the room - so maybe its not a room to share with friends.
The hotel is located in a nice location near city center and several good restaurants nearby including the two (Retreat and Heaven) of the hotel itself. Rooms are comfortable, clean and includes filtered water and other amenities. The hotel's breakfast buffet is really nice with good omelets and/ or pancakes and an assortment of breads and fruits etc. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice! The stay also includes a massage, use of pool!
The staff at the hotel was really friendly. From the start it was very easy to communicate with them via booking.com, but in Kigali was no different. They were always very polite and ready to help. A special mention to Valens, who was in charge of cleaning our room, he was very helpful and always ready to fulfill special requests.
Breakfast was good, a few fruits and someone ready to make omelet or sunny side up eggs on request.
The staff were friendly and helpful, organising an airport transfer when we arrived and assisting with transport to the bus depot when we departed. Breakfast was good, ranging from eggs, fruits, oats, toast, pastries and Rwandan options. There is a basic Mini Mart on the ground floor of the hotel next door, handy for purchasing watwr. The rooms were clean and spacious. The city centre is within walking distance
It's a good place. The location is good - 15 minutes by walk to City Centre, but the taxis don't know where it is (you need to use navigation). There is a very good Dubai restaurant & spa in 5 minutes from Guesthouse. The area is building, but it's safe. There is a good kitchen you can use, even breakfast was included (but don't expect much), the room was good, the stuff was nice people.
Staff were awesome...so friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds in large and quiet room. Good wifi and close to airport and a few local shops and restaurants. For 500 to 1000 Rwandan Francs you can take a motorcycle taxi to restaurant streets or large markets and 1300 all the way to town.
The staff was very nice, accomdating and knowledgeable. The restaurant was nice and overall the hotel is lovely. Also, the location is very good. If you have never been to Kigali before stay near the city center.
Great value and nice rooms. We also liked a lot the great service they offer. To sad that we found that hotel just for our last night in Kigali. Before we tried several places. But that one was the best from all.
The hotel is very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful, everything is clean, and I especially enjoyed dinners. If you are planning to visit Kigali convention center, it is just 15 min walking distance.
Have more variety for what is served for breakfast the tea, coffee are not served hot.
Consider free airport pick up and dropping. This is a benefit from other hotels i have visited in Kigali.
I stayed for three nights. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. In the quiet and safe area but not far from the city center. And the teh Egyptian food prepared by the host is really good!!
Very Nice Hotel Near Airport,Friendly Staff and Very Good Wifi I really recommend this Villa my stay was Amazing Thanks Mr Arsene For Everything you have Assisted me When I was there.
I highly recommend Mythos for your stay in Kigali. Very beautiful hotel with a nice view from the third floor restaurant. Special thanks to Divine who took care of us every time
