We really liked our stay in the apartment. The magnificent view with palm trees right next to the sea was stunning. The hotel is located in the center but in the end of the main street, so it's quiet but still close to restaurants. The host helped us rent a bike and advised us about beautiful beaches and restaurants. We also had delicious and rich breakfasts and dinners here. Thank you David ❤️

The room was big and clean. Bed was nice - I slept well. I would suggest upgrading your stay to have one of the sea view rooms - worth the higher price. David (the owner) is extremely friendly and helpful. Can highly reccomend this place!

The location is very good, 10-15 minutes walk ftom the ferry. We rented studio with one big bed, sofa, kitchennete, balcony. There is air conditioner and fan on the ceiling (but the fan was dusty, so we didn't use it). The sheets and towels are not super clean, but acceptable. There are lots of extra services: no drinking water provided in the room, but there is a cooler and you can buy 13-litres bottle from the host for 100 rupees. Wi-Fi is payable - 100 rupees per phone. You can order breakfast for 150 or 250 rupees, as well dinner is 650 rupees per person. You can also rent a bicycle here for 150 rupees per person per day, and as we understand this is average price for bike rental on the island. Pool in the yard, but very limited usage hours. Direct entrence to the ocean, sunbeds, terrace, which is super nice. Beautiful garden

The big apartment with stylish furniture and a newly renovated bathroom lies directly at a beautiful beach an a 5min Bike ride to the small town/port and to Anse Source d argent. The host Clarissa and her husband were incredibly friendly and helped us with everything, giving the best insider-info for a perfect stay in la Digue.

From check-in to check-out, I enjoyed my time at Hyde Tide. I booked a room with an ocean view, so I can't speak for the rooms that do not face the beach. My room was large and well-equipped. The balcony was perfect. Beautiful views. Hyde Tide is also centrally located, so you can get to the center by the ferry easily by bike and about 15m by foot. This was my second time to La Digue, and I'll definitely stay at Hyde Tide again. I came to dive and enjoy the beaches. Both were accessible and awesome.

Hyde-Tide is situated along one of the beautifull beaches of La Digue. The facilities like the beach, the porch/terras, our beautifull groundfloor/beachside spacious room and of course the breakfast were delight. The location is ideal for going out to the village to do some shopping, ATM or having some partytime in one of the venues/hotels. Going the other way to the beautifull surroundings in the southern part of La Digue you might enjoy an amazing trail, beautifull and worldfamous beaches. Our host David is very friendly, helpful and caring. His way of communication feels like being a friend. Thanks a lot David fort all the good experiences we had. And.... don't forget, park your bike, lay down on the beach and enjoy the stunning sunsets every evening, where you can see disapearing the sun behind the island of Praslin. It feels like heaven, dreaming away in a peacefull environment.
