Hotel has absolutely amazing location just oposit the beach. The view from rooms is perfect. It's also around 20 min walking to the center of the island. You can rent a bike in the hotel and discover the island easily. The superior rooms are good. Bathroom needs some refreshments.
Overall we are very happy with our stay at Patatran.
Breakfast is slightly poor however dinner on HB was very delicious.

The room, the terrace with swimming pool and the lobby were very nice and comfortable. The receptionist guy, Mohan, was the nicest and most helpful person - nothing was too much for him to do.

Paradise… definitely recommend to stay for a few days instead of just a day trip! Loved the laid-back vibe of the island. It only has a few cars, so very convenient to get around on foot or by bike. You can stop at the hidden beaches you discover on your way, enjoy the view of the tropical forest, and befriend the turtles you meet on your way :). For a bite, don’t miss Chez Jules, great fresh juices and amazing food!

Although I was unlucky to get 1 full day of heavy rains but I enjoyed the property with swimming pool and took a rainy walk around.
They have got best beaches and would recommend to visit Source D'argent beach for sunset.
Cycling around the beach road was also fun...!

The island is really beautiful, paradise beaches.
The island is really beautiful, paradise beaches. The only downside is that the concentration of visitors is the highest in Seychelles. That said, you can still find your spot in the shade on most beaches.

We have visited 3 islands - Mahe, Praslin and La Digue.
We would not return to La Digue, Mahe and Praslin are much more recommendable.
Anse Source de Argent and Anse Patates are very scenic, great to take pictures, but very hard to swim (stones and corals, need for special shoes), flat waters. Grand Anse is better to swim (we had big waves during our stay), but not really scenic.
Best beach on Seychelles - in our opinion - Anse-Lazio.

Unique island vibe, very friendly people (local and tourists as well), plenty of food options (shops, take-aways, restaurants). Recommend to rent bicycle and go around island to see all the beaches and spots. On the other hand a lot of running constructions, so I hope this island will keep its atmosphere forever :-)

It’s a beautiful island with stunning beaches , forest and giant tortoises. However it’s overpriced and overall service is of a low standard many times slow with no smile or no interest to make customer happy . It’s hard to get a good clean food . There are some nice takeaways though and lovely people who try to do their best but it’s not a majority .
Many shops have no prices on items . Water is not potable and the cheapest price for 12 bottles of 1l is around 15 Eur .
It’s not good destination for snorkelling as corals are very damaged and majority is bleached . Nevertheless it’s advertised as a place with stunning corals so we felt cheated when we discovered a reality of a reef . It’s still possible to see some sea animals like turtles , sting rays , tropical fish but not in abundance. We dived as well 2x but as we didn’t like much diving and they seem to us overpriced (220 for 3 tanks ) so we didn’t do more.
I personally prefer Indonesia or Maledives for snorkelling or diving .
Trips are also extremely expensive - such as 70 Eur for half day of snorkelling trip .
It’s a small island and transport is mainly by bicycle (it’s necessary to pay attention at lorries and taxis when cycling )
Overall, I think it’s good to visit for beach and nature lovers , max 1 week . It’s not good destination for snorkelling. We stayed 12 days- it was too long . It’s nice to see beaches but we wouldn’t return .
The host greeted us with a fresh juice and patiently gave us lots of information on the property and surroundings. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and has a beautiful veranda from which you can enjoy the view of the lovely garden.
Everything was clean and the kitchen is well equipped, there is also a safe in the bedroom to store your belongings.
The last evening her aunt cooked for us a scrumptious creole dinner, definitely the best one we had during our stay in Seychelles!
The room was not the biggest one, but overall you get a perfect service and the best breakfast of the Seychelles! A big plus point: The owner is pretty easy and open, we asked for a earlyier checking and late check out and both was possible. We enjoyed our vacation on La Digue. The landlord offers bicycles for 100 SR per day and manages all for you.
You have climate control and a safe in the room. You can even take a shower outside to get rid of the sand.
Considering Coral Apartments is one of the more budget friendly options on La Digue, we were pleasantly surprised by just how good and comfortable the accommodation was. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the shower is strong, and the wifi was reliable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and all you need. Check in and check out was very easy and the staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again.
The best accomodiation during our stay on Seychelles! Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds, furnished in local style. Swimming pool was cleaned every day. Beautiful garden well maintanened. We rented bicykles (were in good condition) for 4 days and were discovering La Digue. All our request were solved immediately and in friendly way! For sure we will come back!
The best thing about this property is by far the host (Nadine). She is very kind and responsive and will help with all matters when in La Digue (recommendations for best places to visit, best places renting bikes, calling taxis). We even had a medical emergency (allergic reaction) and she acted so promptly to assist.
also has the best Jams in the world.
This hotel is situated in a great location in La Digue. Easy to bicycle to beautiful beaches or easily walk to the town center.
The view from the restaurant and pool is amazing. All the staff were friendly and informative, from the owners themselves, to Ketty at reception, and the restaurant staff! They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
The location néxt to one of the best beaches of La Digue is super!
Host Frank is really helpful and relaxed. The chalets are well equipped and beds are super comfy. Garden is beautiful! We loved our stay here best out of our 4 stays in the Seychelles. If you are Dutch, please bring Frank some stroopwafels, he adores them!
Everything! Great location, situated in the heart of la Digue. The room, the furniture was brand new. The pool was cool. The staff was exceptional helpful and kind!!!! The food is very delicious, a bit expensive as usual in Seychelles. This is the best accommodation in la Digue :) we had a great time there.
The food at Le Repaire was unmatched during our entire stay in Seychelles, great quality food. The service is a bit slow but it's compensated by the quality and taste of the food. The hotel is charming and the staff is friendly. The location is also perfect for exploring the island in any direction.
A minutes walk to Anse Severe Schnorcheln and tucked away from the main street. Quiet, charming and clean. Staff are friendly, Complimentary breakfast is basic but sufficient. Bed is comfortable, which I greatly appreciated after sleeping on numerus hard bed's in Seychelles
The hostess Nadine and other staff members were very friendly, respectful, and helpful to me. I was given a lot of information and recommendations on what to do on the island La Digue. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting La Digue.
very friendly owner, good locality - in the center (near to everywhere). you can also ask for dinner from ahmed - really delicios fish (baracuda), creol chicken, rice, avocado and tomato salad. you have to try it - best dinner on seychelles
Hosts helped us with bicycle rent and we got the bicycles delivered to our door. Everything worked well and the accommodation was clean and as expected from the images. Great value for money compared to other accommodations in Seychelles.
Staff super friendly, helpful and considerate. All very good value for money by Seychelles standards. Excellent location. We enjoyed our breakfast immensely which was served with the warmest Seychelles hospitality.
Location and very peaceful accommodation with modern interiors and very clean.Nice host and arrange the taxi pickup to and from jetty area.If ever back la digue,we will stay here again.
We absolutely loved this place! Beatiful property, nice staff and perfect location to explore the island. Breakfast was best we had in Seychelles. Would definitely go again. ❤️
