Die Lage des Hauses ist besonders vorteilhaft: nah an Ystad (10 Min. ins Zentrum) und an der Küste (4 Min.), dabei kaum Bebauung in der Nachbarschaft, extrem ruhige Umgebung und trotz Durchgangsstraße kaum merklicher Verkehr. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und bietet einer Familie mit Kindern genügend Raum. Besonders schön ist die abgeschirmte Südterrasse mit einem weiträumigen Blick über Felder und Wald mit Hasen und Rehen. TV mit nationalen Kanälen und BBC News war ausreichend, um im Urlaub etwas informiert zu bleiben, außerdem lief das Internet stabil.

The house has a large and open living room on the second floor. From here you have a beautiful view of a hilly landscape. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool bath. In just 10 minutes you can reach the Korsvirkesstaden Ystad. From here boats go to Bornholm and Poland. From Svarte (3 km) you can easily take the train to Malmö and Copenhagen. For the golfer there are dozens of courses within 30 minutes. For those who want to discover culture and history, there are many old castles in this part of Skåne. Some of them are open to the public.
