Very nice traditional cottage, everything was carefully selected with traditional materials. We had everything we needed and the host was very kind. She always checked to make sure we were well and we will definitely be returning! There is a big garden with a trampoline and barbecue facilities. Were even considering bringing our grandparents along with us next time since there is so much space.

- We come to Zuberec every year during the Folklore festival on the first weekend of August. It is a lovely combination of culture and hiking. - There is a lot to do in every season - hiking, biking or skiing just to name a few. - You can also visit the museum of Orava village and cave Brestova. Zuberec is located in the beautiful nature.
Zuberec is located in the beautiful nature. The nearest mountain is available by foot or by local bus. You can also see the waterfalls, when you are looking for the simpler hiking. I visited the restaurant called "Oravska izba", which I can highly recommend. In Zuberec you'll find also sweet shop.

We love this nice village a lot.
We love this nice village a lot. In last month we already have been there for 3 weekends. Zuberec is a lovely place to stay, quite, with fresh air and nice views. We really love the restaurants, food, and friendly people. What is the best is the possibility for all the mountain and forestry walks. We have been to Volovec, Baníkov and Roháčske plesá, and it was just amazing. Fresh air, beautiful views and nice workout for the body, we are definitely coming back! :-)Erin-kaSlovakia - 10Scored 10

Perfect place for any type of relaxation - nature walks, hiking, winter sports. The locals are amazing and the views all around are just beautiful. It is great value for money with nice local food in most of the restaurants.

We loved that it was a self-contained cottage for up to 6 people behind the main house, with off-road parking right by the cottage door. Being able to step out through the French-doors to the covered patio benches and BBQ area was a lovely touch in the summer. Walking distance to Zuberec centre and shops and a short drive to Rohace for some fabulous mountain walks (or skiing in the winter).

Owner took a lot of time to keep the house in the perfect state. The room, house and garden are perfectly maintain. Kitchen with common space was great. There is small wellness and Grill hat which we didn't have chance to use but looks great. What really was extremely nice - cake at the kitchen next to the coffee machine for guests to enjoy, replace of towels during the week of stay.
