Location is beyond perfect. So long as you don't mind the big alarm clock just outside your window which will ring it's bells at a respectable 7AM in the morning. The flat is HUGE, the main bed super comfortable, everything you need is available and mostly self explanatory, and the comms from the owner(s) is first rate. Only one set of keys which made for a great Romeo and Juliet scene every time one of us came back from a solo jaunt into town (I suspect we could ahve rung each other in but that wouldn't be so much fun) Plenty of toys and books plus netflix on a huge TV to keep a little 2.5 year old amused.
