Everything! I had amazing experience in the hotel. Personal were amazing thank you. Didn't have problem with anything. Very nice room, breakfast included in the price was delicious- continental, sausages, lot of options for bread and rolls, fruit, yoghurt, eggs, vegetables. Very happy with staying. Nice big room. You can ask staff to enjoy sauna, go on massage etc. Rent a bike. Supermarket near the hotel. Train and bus station. 24 hours reception. Hotel have own restaurant and offering weekly menu and weekend food too. They really made my short staying amazing and I will definitely book again. Thank you all!

Everything at the hotel was perfect, beds, bath, lots of hot water, impeccable service, toiletries were special, towels fluffy, carpet soft under your feet, very pretty street. The breakfast was beautiful.
BUT...
The most important thing you must do while you are there is to go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner. Lunch outside on the deck would be perfect but indoors at dinner time is also a great option as their dining room has the perfect atmosphere. The food is some of the most delicious I have tasted - they must have a pretty amazing chef there. The service was absolutely perfect. The wine list was fab. The only improvement I would suggest is that the desserts did not measure up to the rest of the menu (possibly because the rest of the menu was just nothing short of amazing).

The destination is excellent for going on trips to the Tatras. It is within 10 minutes by car from Poprad, and especially there is a train station there, and the train also goes to several stations in the Tatras. So you can save a decent amount on accommodation and go to different places in the Tatras every day. In Poprad, even though it is a smaller town, there are plenty of good restaurants or breakfast bars and shops. In principle, however, there is not much to do in the city, so it is ideal for going to the Tatras, sleeping over between trips associated with dinner and shopping during trips. However, there is quite a large water park in the city.

Easy access to High Tatras by tram, there are good ski resorts and its great place to go hiking in the summer. Rent a car if you want to visit other sites like Vrbov, Spis Castle, Bachledka or Low Tatras region.

Great place with a view of High Tatras. If you have a car, you can travel to High Tatras, Low Tatras, Slovensky Raj and other places with superb hiking trails all within hour or two drive from the city. High Tatras can also be reached by train. After long day of hiking you can relax in AquaCity (I suggest not going there on friday evening as it had much more people than we expected). Grocery stores like Tesco, Lidl and Kaufland are available, also Decathlon if you forgot some of your hiking gear at home. A variety of cute cafes and restaurants if you want to eat out (Restart Burger was supreme). Take in mind that weather changes quickly at the mountains so dont forget to watch the weather forecast every day.Laura - 8.0Scored 8.0

We have been visiting Poprad every winter for the past couple of years. The snowboarding facilities are outstanding, and the food is great! This summer, we decided to explore Poprad and its surroundings, and we were not disappointed. A visit to the Belianska ice cave is a must!
