Room very spacious and light. Large comfortable bed. Nice bath and shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Arranged taxi for station and gave other advice. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice, even including Prosecco. Again friendly staff. Location excellent. Very close to Old Town. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Can recommend Gatto Matto but best to reserve.

The whole experience with the hotel was excellent. The room was large very clean and the location of the hotel was superb. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly arranging taxis recommending restaurants etc. The breakfast was extremely good as were the staff. Its location within 5minutes walk of the old town with bars and restaurants was a big plus. The only slight negative was the air conditioning was either poor or not working set it to 12 and was very warm during the night.

We were upgraded to the executive suite, which was fantastic. It has it's own kitchen/living room area and a large balcony. It was very comfortable and great for resting between walking around the old town. The old town is just around the corner and full of restaurants and bars and a another large shopping mall less than 10mins walk.

What an excellent stay. The place is located in the center of the town where everything is accessible by walking. The hotel offers big designed rooms which are very convenient and calm where you can relax . The bed and bathroom are high class. The hotel offers an efficient breakfast, and there is even a menu which u can order from the staff who is always nice and friendly. The staff of the hotel including the manager are very friendly and servant . We are thankful. As a frequent traveller I can only recommend this place and we definitely will visit again .

Hotel is located right in the center and couple of minutes walk from Old Town and Bratislava Castle as well as very close to UFO observation platform. We couldn't believe how spacious was the executive room. Parking is available. Staff is extremely friendly, thanks to this place we fell in love with Bratislava. Breakfast was very nice, even though the choice of buffet wasn't big they have possibility to chose from menu. They also were able to respond to special requests such as decaff coffee and gluten free options including gluten free bread. We are frequent traveler and have stayed in 5 star hotels, while this is not 5 star hotel its probably one of the most welcoming, pleasant and atmospheric ones, for sure amazing choice in Bratislava, a hidden gem. And the professionalism and friendliness of staff were just top. Thank you
