We did not stay long enough to see more but we had a great time at our hotel les Goreennes Suites and at the beach. The area is not that clean but it is quite lively with hotels and bars around, opening till late. The weather was nice and people were friendly.

My family and I had a awesome time at the property.
My family and I had a awesome time at the property. Receptionist was friendly and offered to help in every way possible. The staff was great and accommodating - I wanted to say happy 4 wedding anniversary to my daughter and husband within a few hours the area was transformed into a celebration with very little notice. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
Thanks to the entire management and staff. 💕

The welcome and service at the restaurant was perfect.
The welcome and service at the restaurant was perfect. The musical animation enjoyable. The big point I didn't like is that there were mosquitoes in the room during our entire stay. Generally I give a positive rating and recommend to the maids to spray the insecticide chambers after each cleaning in order to eliminate mosquitoes.

The big hotels have claimed the beaches and you can't get to them. There are a few bars and restaurants on the strip but not enough for more than a couple days. Don't even bother visiting the beaches in Mbour, they are full of rubbish. Interesting to look at a real local town though.
My stay as Casa Louka far exceeded my expectations, it was one of the best places I stayed during my 2 week trip in Senegal. The owner is very helpful when it comes to planning activities such as to the fish markets, somone, or Bandai reserve and a great person to talk to about anything. The staff was very helpful and trustworthy as well. The breakfast was delicious with fresh OJ and omelets. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone, especially solo travelers.
Beautiful sea view studio with a big terrace and breeze from the ocean. The room was clean, big and the free wifi worked well. The vibe was very chilled. Option to have breakfast in the morning at a low additional cost which is very tasty and made fresh. The location is good - right on the beach front and you can walk along the beach for 20 minutes or so to reach beach bars, restaurants, luxury hotels or cut through into Saly tourist centre for more of the same. Overall good value for money and a relaxed atmosphere.
Excellent choice to spend your holidays in Saly. Located just in front of one of the best beaches in Saly, and much better than those were most hotels are located. It is a quiet area of Saly, far from the noise of the pubs and discos, but has a mini-market just across the street and several (nice) restaurants in the 300 meter range. Lovely breakfast that almost makes you feel at home. Nice views and chill area on the rooftop. Came for a day and ended staying for a week!
I liked that this hotel was all-inclusive. All food and drinks are included in the stay.
I liked the quiet setting on a private beach.
Their pool is large and well-maintained. It's suitable for all levels of swimming.
The staff is very helpful in finding places you need to know about in the area, i e., transportation, shopping, etc.
Although a bit outdated, the rooms are large, quiet, clean and the beds very comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay in Riad Côté Jardin very much. The room is furnished with great taste and attention. Nathalie & Thierry are very gentle and smart hosts.
The whole area together with the pool exudes peace and seems like an oasis. We can recommend the Riad without any restrictions. We wish Nathalie & Thierry continued good luck with the implementation of new ideas.
Thank you very much for this amazing stay in Saly Portudal.
Cute little hotel in a local area away from Saly's huge resorts and tourist traps. Very friendly and polite staff! A big thank you to Modou who helped us out in a bad situation! Tasty and varied breakfast. Nice swimming pool and garden area. Close to the beach and beautiful sunsets. Would definitely come back!
Small, clean, very basic rooms a 5 minute walk up from the beach - 10 minutes from the centre of town with friendly management team. It was good for a night (my original hotel was booked up so I had to move) but I don't think it's a long term option. Save your money and go elsewhere for breakfast.
This place was beautiful, and the walk to beach and adjacent hotels close by is an added bonus.
The staff was so lovely and l will be back to stay again soon loved everything about it especially the lovely front desk staff she was brilliant professional and made our stay very comfortable 👏🏾
The staff was welcoming, professional, and accommodating. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well ventilated.
The venue offers drinks to the residents for all the duration of their stay, and all meals is included in the fair, which great value for money.
The staff were very helpful and kind. Even when my airline cancelled my flight and I got there a day later than scheduled, they accommodated my change. The hotel however needs a lot of renovation work. It definitely does not meet up with a 4 star standard
The location is good, hotel is really cool.
Excellent referal to El hadji because I do not speak french and he was always connecting us with english, he was really helpful and refered us some specific cool places to go, very kind.
