I was at Le Patio together with my husband and our 2 kids. I have to say that this is one of the best (if not the best) hotels/areas where you can live in Togo. The location is TOP! It is an area close to most embasies, UN organizations, the university, the President palace etc. The infrastructure in the surroundings is perfect.
We booked for “the gardin” aka “le jardin” in French. This appartment is just what we needed. It is extremely spacious and clean! There is a small kitchen that was perfect to make food for our 1 year baby.
The staff is so friendly and really helpfull!
I normally do not eat before 10-11am but I had to brake that rule at le Patio. The breakfast is so healthy ! They offer homemade fresh juices, a variety of local fruits, homemade delicious pasteries made with local ingredients etc. I was addicted to their crossant made with fonio, huh?! So was my 1 year daughter too!
My husband (danish) says that their spanish omelette is the best he has ever tried (he lived in spain for 15 years! And he visited over 20 countries worldwide..
If you are there over a weekend, you will also taste the local food as part of their breakfast buffet - this was the best ever for me! I am togolese :-)
We visited their SPA(included in the price) and we tried the sauna and jacuzzi(kids just loved it) !
On fridays, there is live music and you can just relax around the pool and enjoy it!
The owner is so down to earth! Always close to the guests… she gave us a goodie bag with authentic togolese shear and cocoa butter when we checked out 🫶🏾 bless her!
If you want a luxury place of high standards, that feels like home (not just tall buildings) and where they do not compromise on food quality, this is the place to be. It is ideal for both business and vacation purposes.
I am not familiar to the owner, i am not her friend, i am just a very happy and satisfied customer!
This is my very first review on booking though i travel a lot too..

Went to Lome right after Cotonou in Benin Republic, and it was a let down. I had to leave earlier than planned, asides the beach, the club scene isn't active except from Fridays as stated by the locals. Also you really do not have a lot of entertainment options.
If you also planned to go to the waterfall like me, keep in mind it is in the far north and about 10 hours from Lome.
I loved that beach was accessible though, I'm from Nigeria and most beaches in Lagos are commercialized, unlike in Lome where you can work into them from the market, hotels etc.

Lome is good, but experienced very unfriendly unwelcoming people out there. Unfriendly touts or drivers who know they are driving you to wrong place but due language barrier they still proceed. Immigration officers are corrupt and unprofessional almost making foreigners loose their flights for unnecessary soliciting procedures. The hotel is a perfect facility but lacking good supervision in cleaning and bedding and towels need to be improved. Old discolored towels should be out of shelves.

I chose this hotel for an extra 2 nights at the end of a 15 day tour of Togo and Benin. It is very near to the Port and there is nowhere to go for a walk apart from the beach. I could not fault my room as everything worked as during my trip there was always some problem when something didn't work in the room. There was even a fridge! It fitted my needs as I just wanted to rest. I asked for a taxi to take me to the airport. An old non air conditioned car turned up which I found to be most disappointing as I had expected a taxi! That was the only negative comment as I didn't need a hotel with a more central position for sightseeing etc..

Could not have much time to roam around the city due to other commitments to works. But one can just cross the road in front of the hotel and enter into the sands, where an evening walk and fresh air from the sea will definitely relax and recharge you. There are places to drink and eat something near the road, while breathing fresh outside air from the sea. While awaiting your drinks/foods at the open restaurants, don't surprise if some local sellers pass by your chairs sometimes trying to sell some local products and you can bring happiness for each other.
Bravia hotel management sold my reservation to other clients. Although i called to confirm that i was coming for a late checking, i was told by the management that the rooms i booked were no more available. They then took us to another place, which was obviously an airbnb they booked and was way far from the standing of Bravia's rooms. We then had to go and look for another hotel, which was not easy to find as almost all hotels were full.
This was the worst experience i ever had with a hotel.
Being able to watch the scenery of ships lined up at night to enter the port. The view is perfect at night.
The Staff, especially the Cleaning crew went beyond the call of duty. They were flexible in their tight schedule and often allowed me to relax and extend my hours of sleep without being disturbed.
The Reception Staff would also call in the morning to make sure I do not miss Breakfast. I think this was remarkable and speaks volumes about the Hotel caring about its guests.
The hotel is not a bad hotel but it was not what I excepted in terms of size. It was a lot smaller that I thought it would be. However the food was great from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The only thing to be aware is that certain meals are only available during certain times of the day and not throughout as other hotels. Good fast reliable wifi and the rooms are nice and cold if you love AC. WARNING WARNING WARNING there is not door to the shower so just FYI.
Loved everything about Le Patio. After a long journey to Lome, the place had the warmest embrace. The kindest staff who were very helpful from check in all through to check out and great food and drink options. The hotel is tastefully furnished and decorated, while still giving you a feel of Togo. Many kudos to the General Manager, Marie, for the attention to hospitality and details. Le Patio was all the needed vibes.
I liked the check-in experience. Lily was pleasant, and Nika was so considerate and super helpful when it came to placing us in our rooms. We truly appreciated her efforts. They were also both helpful with suggestions for our trip. I liked the ambience as well. The hotel was cute. We also liked how close the property was to the beach. For the relaxing trip that we planned, the environment truly catered to that.
Free airport shuttle. The driver was already waiting in the arrival hall with my name. The communication with the hotel was perfect. While dropping at the airport, the driver was waiting in the lobby. The rooftop restaurant is good. The your company had this hotel as pick-up point. Walking distance to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This accommodation was one of the most wonderful surprises of our extensive West Africa trip. It is a small boutique hotel that meets all western standards to a high degree. The staff are exceptionally helpful. There are many quiet spaces to seek refuge at the hotel. The meals at their restaurant were outstanding. Hard to imagine there is any better place to stay in Lome.
The breakfast was superb and so is the location of the hotel. The Staff are generally professional and helpful. Although the hotel was almost full at the time and I did not obtain the room I booked, the front office staff (lady) made sure I would not feel the difference.
Room service was good and largely exceeded my expectation.
Customer service here is better than many hotels in the region. Staff are friendly, and go out of their way to provide a good service. The shuttle bus was clean, efficient and on arrival, the hotel rep at the airport provided complimentary water whilst waiting for the shuttle. Nice little touch. WiFi was good too.
Very homely environment. Staff very friendly. Food was ok, and the hotel is generally very clean. It is also located in a good place and cannot be easily missed. Will visit again.
I chose the hotel before and after my tour through the region. The first stay was pleasant. The location great. Great communication in advance. The room okay with nice sea view.
1. The location of the hotel is strategic since it is easily to be identified.
2. Your working staff are very nice to be with.
Wishing you all the best in the coming season.
