We hired a tour in Viator and the tour was great. Private Full Day Tour to Agbodrafo Togoville and Aneho. Great history about the voodoos and the fishing village. The tour was prompt and very professional.

For travellers have enough local currency, Ecobank was helpful to my Euros however we waited long in the queue. Ensure you have all documentation needed to be in Lome. Good transportation. Visit Kwalime waterfalls, the beach and Aneho. Local people were very nice.

Went to Lome right after Cotonou in Benin Republic, and it was a let down. I had to leave earlier than planned, asides the beach, the club scene isn't active except from Fridays as stated by the locals. Also you really do not have a lot of entertainment options.
If you also planned to go to the waterfall like me, keep in mind it is in the far north and about 10 hours from Lome.
I loved that beach was accessible though, I'm from Nigeria and most beaches in Lagos are commercialized, unlike in Lome where you can work into them from the market, hotels etc.

Lome is good, but experienced very unfriendly unwelcoming people out there. Unfriendly touts or drivers who know they are driving you to wrong place but due language barrier they still proceed. Immigration officers are corrupt and unprofessional almost making foreigners loose their flights for unnecessary soliciting procedures. The hotel is a perfect facility but lacking good supervision in cleaning and bedding and towels need to be improved. Old discolored towels should be out of shelves.

I chose this hotel for an extra 2 nights at the end of a 15 day tour of Togo and Benin. It is very near to the Port and there is nowhere to go for a walk apart from the beach. I could not fault my room as everything worked as during my trip there was always some problem when something didn't work in the room. There was even a fridge! It fitted my needs as I just wanted to rest. I asked for a taxi to take me to the airport. An old non air conditioned car turned up which I found to be most disappointing as I had expected a taxi! That was the only negative comment as I didn't need a hotel with a more central position for sightseeing etc..

Could not have much time to roam around the city due to other commitments to works. But one can just cross the road in front of the hotel and enter into the sands, where an evening walk and fresh air from the sea will definitely relax and recharge you. There are places to drink and eat something near the road, while breathing fresh outside air from the sea. While awaiting your drinks/foods at the open restaurants, don't surprise if some local sellers pass by your chairs sometimes trying to sell some local products and you can bring happiness for each other.
The location was perfect for me, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. I will 100% be staying there again the next time I’m in Lome.
Note on electricity: There’s a pre-loaded amount of KWh that you have as a guest. I did a load of laundry and had the AC on for both nights without needing to purchase additional credit. On the other hand, if you’re cranking the AC all day, it’s probably going to run out pretty quickly and you’ll have to buy more, so just be aware of your use!
Being able to watch the scenery of ships lined up at night to enter the port. The view is perfect at night.
The Staff, especially the Cleaning crew went beyond the call of duty. They were flexible in their tight schedule and often allowed me to relax and extend my hours of sleep without being disturbed.
The Reception Staff would also call in the morning to make sure I do not miss Breakfast. I think this was remarkable and speaks volumes about the Hotel caring about its guests.
Loved everything about Le Patio. After a long journey to Lome, the place had the warmest embrace. The kindest staff who were very helpful from check in all through to check out and great food and drink options. The hotel is tastefully furnished and decorated, while still giving you a feel of Togo. Many kudos to the General Manager, Marie, for the attention to hospitality and details. Le Patio was all the needed vibes.
Clean room, amazing and beautiful hotel. staff are wonderful everyone is welcoming they always great you with a smile whenever you meet them in the hotel. breakfast was good with a large variety of food. We ask for room service couple times and the food is amazing as well fresh and you can tell it all made from Africa.🥰
The rooms were large. There was a balcony with sea view. They fulfilled my wish to have a room with view. Especially good was that they gave us one of the two rooms free of charge until the late afternoon before going to the airport. So we could use the pool and take a shower after a day of exploring Lomé. Fantastic!
The people were very kind and attentive to offer their good service. As this hotel has a great ocean view in front of the restaurant, I really enjoyed their delicious dishes. The room facilities were also good enough with air conditioner, TV, desk, couch and private shower room in a spacious room.
Felightful gem in Lome. Run by a Frenchman, it has its own bar and courtyard with wonderful character, comfortable rooms, delicious food. Great location just next to the grand market and a few blocks from the beach. Highly recommend!
Excellent place to stay in Lome. Large clean rooms with good air con. Nice location and fun next door. I like this hotel so much then I’ve booked more nights on my return from Benin. By the way great value.
1. The location of the hotel is strategic since it is easily to be identified.
2. Your working staff are very nice to be with.
Wishing you all the best in the coming season.
