Alleine optisch ist die Villa mit der außergewöhlichen Bauart ein Hingucker - Der Pool ist direkt vor dem Wohnzimmer. Aus jedem Blickwinkel genial. Weiterhin eine ordentliche technische Ausstattung, ein kleines Gym, bequeme Betten, tolle Bäder, eine große und gut bestückte Küche - Kurz gesagt: In der Realität wirkt die Villa noch toller, als auf den Bildern! In unter 10 Minuten ist man auf der Hauptverkehrsstraße und kann Orte wie Chaweng, Fishermans Village, Flughafen, Lamai, Mae Nam usw. schnell erreichen. Weiterhin ist das Personal enorm freundlich, sorgt stets für Ordnung und kümmert sich mit voller Hingabe um jede Angelegenheit. Der Besitzer ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich, antwortet schnell, ist super hilfsbereit und mieterorientiert. Einfach eine klasse Villa zu entsprechendem Preis - Großes Lob.
