The kitchen is very well equipped and it was easy to cook our own meals. The air conditioning was very effective and we lover the roof top area where we could lie in the sun and chill out. The Bua Restaurant is just across the road and their food and cocktails were awesome. The pool table was great and the swimming pool lovely to cool down in. The 7-11 and Big C supermarket is close by to shop for ingredients. It is not in the busiest tourist area - still close enough to the beach to walk.

Great location, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and laundromat was across the road. Fantastic restaurant across the road also with live music and authentic Thai food. The apartment was great. We had 4 adults and 2 children staying and there was enough room for us all with bathrooms for each room. Air conditioning worked well to cool the rooms down. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved everything about this villa and the location. It was so spacious for a family of six and we were sad to leave. Our host was very accommodating and she always replied quickly via WhatsApp. We very much appreciated the fact that she was able to let us check in early as our 1 year old grandson had flown from NZ. And it is only 1 minute walk to the beach with a taxi rank opposite the villa 😊

Great location within walking walking distance of 3 good beaches, very close to Restraunt, and the local Thai Street food in the market is great for a very cheap and amazing breakfast and only 10 min walk if you walk at Thai speed 5 min normal speed😂. We will be coming back again. The swimming pool is great too.

The whole house is lovely, clean and spacious. It has all needed facilities and is very close to the Kamala beach, that you can reach by foot. The rooftop’s balcony is a great space to chill at the evening, loved the pool table also! The pool is quite small, but still great to hope in, when its too hot to be during the day. Overall - loved it!

Firstly, the layout of the house is fantastic! Huge bedrooms with large living/dining/kitchen spaces. Decor is homely and made to be very comfortable. We all loved the rooftop lounge idea but unfortunately did not get to use it as it was raining the whole time we were there. We also greatly appreciated that the air-conditioning worked so well! Host, Julia, is also wonderful to deal with and provided prompt replies via the Booking.com messaging system. She even assisted with our last-minute requests ever so readily. A big thank-you to Julia! The location right next to Kamala Beach and its close proximity to amenities was bar none! There is also a Thai restaurant, The Bua, serving excellent food just across the house. I'll definitely choose to stay at the Kamala Beach House the next time I am visiting Phuket.
