Beautiful scenery but that was it, staff were rude and useless apart from a man called Froggy there he was a true gentlemen. The facilities were shit electric constantly out and water stopped working every other day.

I loved every single part of my stay here. The staff is amazing, so welcoming, kind and always smiling and willing to help with anything! Thank you again for everything.
The bungalows are very comfortable, clean and close to the beach. You can borrow a beach towel and the free drinking water was very convenient as well. The Big C market is just a few steps away and two 7/11 stores are 5 walking minutes away.
The beach was really clean and not busy at all.

private pool was great. Thai massage onsite was superb. Kayaking was great. Staff were very friendly, but not very knowledgable about things to do at Koh Samui.
Enjoy the tropical landscape and luxurious accommodation at Mai Samui Beach Resort & Spa - SHA Plus, just steps away from the golden sands of Lamyai Beach in Koh Samui.

The location was great and the pool access room was nice.
It was a bit difficult to get in and out of the pool though.
Breakfast was also good but when some of the dishes were finished it was not replenished.

Everything!! For us it was ideal. With 2 children the location was perfect, it was quieter than other parts of the island which meant you didn't have as many facilities in walking distance but hiring a car through the villa manager Jay was easy and driving around the island was easy too so we got to explore everything we wanted to.
Not being in the busy area also meant that the beach was a lot cleaner than we saw on other areas of the island.

Our stay in The Mud was a wonderful experience.
Our stay in The Mud was a wonderful experience. The hotel and its architecture were fantastic, the staff is absolutely wonderful. Kik, Miou and Mike in the reception were mist helpful and we became good friends. The restaurant staff, house keeping and gardeners are also very friendly.
We enjoyed the rich breakfast and the evening meals with live music, very tasty meals in relaxing atmosphere and with super view.
We highly recommend a stay in this wonderful hotel. The distance to the next village is about 6 km. We rented a motor bike and this was the best decision ever!

The hotel was really nice - the whole area was just pleasant to be in as the hotel is surrounded by water everywhere.
As we had our honey moon the hotel staff made sure our room is close to the beach even though it was just a standard room.
In comparison with other hotels in that area, great value for money!
And the staff - soo kind, helpful and friendly!:)
Free yoga and water aerobics classes, canoeing and snorkeling so we really felt that the price we paid was more than worth the facilities and service we got.
The food in the restaurant was good but we also chose to go to the city nearby and eat at the local market Thai local specialties (very cheap btw).

We love Koh Samui so the area is a great part of Thailand.
We love Koh Samui so the area is a great part of Thailand. Stick to the east side for beaches and the better resorts. At this resort we were saved by two local restaurants including the legendary Beryl's bar. Mai Samui offers a shuttle service to Chaweng so that was it's saving grace although a 35min trip each way. The local mini mart is excellent for buying your cheaper drinks and organising taxis at a competitive rate to the resort. The pool is lovely here but no beach.
The Passage Samui Beach Resort is a stunning and luxurious destination that exceeded all of my expectations. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the on-site amenities are top-notch. The infinity pool is simply breathtaking, and the restaurant serves delicious Thai cuisine. The resort's location on the beautiful shores of Koh Samui is the cherry on top. Highly recommend The Passage Samui Beach Resort for an unforgettable tropical getaway.
Location is perfect - each morning you can go directly to the beach without actually leaving the territory of the hotel.
Staff are the best people, always help with any problem. For me they brought gas balloon to cook my breakfast every morning! They did it specially for me, which was just wonderful! We got a chat in WhatsApp so they were in contact all the time!
Rooms are very clean and cozy, all electrical equipment are in place and work properly.
This was my favorite hotel through my whole 4 weeks of travel. The villas are simple but very comfortable, and the private pool is just lovely. You’re right on the ocean and facing sunset for 10/10 views. Breakfast was also delicious, out overlooking the ocean (vegan friendly!)
It’s also so nice to be away from the crowds and chaos of the other beaches. It’s very quiet and relaxing.
If we come back we will 100% stay here again.
All was really perfect. Nice calm location, private beach with different sea level due to low/high tide easily noted within the day. Well equipped and spacious room (villas). Breakfast served at restaurant is amazingly delicious and diverse range of meal available. Really nice and caring hotel staff. We enjoyed our stay there and we were happy to be the guests of the Mud. We highly recommend this place.
We loved our stay at Bang Po Garden not only for the big room that features a small outside kitchen where you can cook but also for the tranquility of its location.
Big plus are the owners which are absolutely lovely and helpful, they even drive us to the ferry terminal on our check out day.
I absolutely recommend it to everyone and I will 100% stay again here when in koh samui.
* The staff is super welcoming, and do everything to make you feel good 😊.
* private pool is actually ״private ״ which is a huge plus.
* the rooms are big and comfortable. nice chillout spots in room.
* room cleaning is excellent.
* Near the hotel there is an excellent restaurant called Ran Rao, down the road 🤓🤓
we enjoyed it to the fullest
thank you a bunch! ❤️❤️
A very chill place right at the sea. Bungalows are big and cozy. Of course a wooden bungalow doesn't hold back much noise, but I consider this very charming and the hotel even leaves good quality ear plugs. The owner cleans the beach daily and there are nice bean bags and sunbeds to relax. We really enjoyed this lovely place and would definitely come back!
The facilities and hotel are great. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. I got sick during my stay and the hotel owner went to the pharmacy for me. We also could not get a taxi to the pier so they dropped us at the pier and refused to let us pay. Great hotel with even better owners. Definitely stay here when visiting Samui.
the hotel has a great tropical vibe design wise. The rooms were nice and the staff very helpful. there are some areas in the public spaces which could do with some maintenance. there is no actual beach by the hotel, is a muddy area full of rocks and on low tide the water is far away. the sunsets are amazing.
The owners are kindest people! Help with your baggage, even if you need to move to another hotel.
The place suited with everything! You live like in an apartment! Big TV, pan and all kitchen stuff are in place. Huge bedroom with two conditions, big toilet. Hot water.
Very clean, great location with a amazing beach only 25 meters from facility, everyday cleaning service, nonstop in disposal free water, coffee and anything you need for breakfast. Anything I needed was not a problem. In this price in Koh Samui great choice.
the property was perfectly located, quiet beach that felt private, helpful and kind owner/staff. Also perfectly clean and spacious and confortable. Best hotel stay in Thailand
also very helpful to rent us some bikes. There is also a kayak to use on the beach
Lovely big resort with big rooms, room was clean on the day of arrival. Very peaceful! There was a fantastic, authentic Thai bar/ casual restaurant in walking distance from the hotel.
Pool was amazing and the bar staff there were very accommodating.
very spacious, everything you could need. could be amazing with some TLC ! the bar and communal areas were lovely. Trip down to the road is very steep the hotel do offer a shuttle service on a timetable but last one back is before 8pm
The staff members were so friendly and helpful.
- The bed was really comfortable (firm Asian style mattress)
- the hotel is right on the beach
- the breakfast is fresh and varies a little each day
Very clean. Owners and staff Very helpful. Right on the beach. Good prices... Really enjoyed my stay here, I will definitely stay again when I go back to koh samui.
Lovely little hotel, beautiful villas with pool, extremely friendly and attentive staff, helpful with whatever request, good restaurant, great breakfast!
