Huge pool area across the full lenght of the property where you always can find shadows. Nice rooms. Great bar and drinks. Breakfast has solid selection and good quality. Perfect beach, especially for kids. We stayed in April and there were always enough sunbeds for everybody even through some badly brought up people Reserve them at early in the morning. You can rent bikes directly at the hotel for fair prices. You have everything very near to the hotel. Restaurants, grocery Shops, atm, street markets, Bars, one of the best fruit Shops I have ever been to. Short drive you will find very busy area with Shops and more Bars and Restaurants.

The hotel is excellent, great beach and swimming pool area, with a pool bar and a slide in the kids pool. The staff was super helpful, the on-site restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced. The decor and amenities are excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was also kind enough to arrange a doctor's visit for our 2.5 year toddler.

The hotel exceeded our expectations: surprisingly, real site was even more spectacular than its pictures! We greatly enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool that goes through the whole hotel area (it's really nice and unusual to have a glamorous "private aqua park" just few steps from your room). We also enjoyed the abundant breakfast and romantic roof bar with the scenic view to the sea and mountains.

Our stay at Mercury was very pleasant. It was a family vacation. We had two rooms, our rooms had a good size, overlooking the pool. However, one of the rooms had a strange smell, but when we reported it, the hotel changed my children to another room, which turned out to be bigger and better. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower had good pressure. The location is just a few minutes walking distance to the main area of ​​Chaweng, full of restaurants and bars. The pool and pool bar are nice. The beach bar staff are the best! A very thoughtful detail was that my birthday coincided with one of the days we were staying at the hotel and the staff decorated my room with flowers and balloons. The staff go out of their way to help and please you. I definitely recommend this hotel!
