It's a decent hotel; tehre were no unpleasant surprises, I suppose for Patong standards it's better than the average by far. The staff were super engaging and helpful all the way, from check in (especially Game who checked us in) all the way to check out. It's nice that they have the swimming pool - we were there on a torrid day and it really helped ease the heat stress! Breakfast was surprisingly good, we weren't expecting anything special but it was much better than expected. Obviously a big selling point is proximity to Bangla road; so you're at the beach and also somewhat close to Bangla road, whilst in a decent hotel, muc habove Patong standards.

We have room with private pool and that gave us an opportunity to use it when ever we we wanted. This hotel located a little further away from that walking street’s hussle and buzzle, but for us this was a good thing

This was easily the best hotel experience I've ever had. Right from check in the staff were really lovely, loads of recommendations, actually felt like they were genuinely interested in talking to me. May who manages the hotel is maybe the nicest person I've ever met, she took multiple hours out of her day to come to the police station after I lost my passport & wallet (I'd gone previously and was unable to get the police to help and she managed to clear it all up) and she wouldn't take any compensation to say thanks Room was huge, looked over the water, huge bathroom.

This was my third visit to the Homm Bliss, Patong, and that probably says it all. The location is perfect to experience the colour and vibrancy of Patong, and far enough away to escape from the all-night party atmosphere. The beachfront location is ideal, the staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms are beautifully well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable. OK, there has to be something which isn’t 100% perfect, and for me that was the breakfast offering. Nothing particularly wrong, but the options for someone who enjoys a very boring traditional breakfast, the offering this year seemed to be less extensive than for previous visits. Notwithstanding, a brilliant hotel in a perfect location.
