We're not hotel, we're condo, so there's no reception desk there - please help us to make your check-in smooth. Thanks! Important notice: Please kindly note, that the cleaning fee of 800 baht/stay will be collected separately. Please kindly note, that electricity and water expenses are not included into the basic rate and will be collected, according to the meter readings, separately. If you wish, you can take a photo of meter readings at the check-in/check-out to make sure there's no extra.
Being located at the very heart of Pattaya, guests will find it easy to reach plenty of landmarks by foot or taking a short ride at a baht-bus. Here just several interesting places to mention: - Jomtien beach with windsurfing and kiting facilities - Pattaya water park with loads of family entertainment - Phratumnak hill with buddhist temple and a striking view across the whole Pattaya bay - Dozens of cafes, all kinds of cuisine restaurants, 7/11 shops, souvenir vendors alongside the Jomtien promenade - 5 minutes ride from the notorious Walking Street and Beach road with all the night clubs and discos - Pattaya waterpark for a great family fun day out - Phratumnak Hill with buddhist temples and a breathtaking bird-eye viewpoint - Thepprasit night market (guests will also find the smaller copy of this attraction some 150 meters from the condo) - Bali Hai pier with numerous routes to the tropical islands, out-in-the-sea fishing and other cruising facilities So it's really easy to relax and spend your time choosing your day's entertainments lazily at the rooftop swimming pool.
