Located in a quiet area in Sai Yuan ( Rawai), our contemporary Thai style villa combines modern comfort and lifestyle. The ground floor is occupied by a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, the space is very bright. The villa has two bedrooms both equipped with air-conditioning and en suite bathroom, the arrangement of rooms allows the intimacy of each guest. The first bedroom is at the ground floor and gives direct access to the swimming pool. The second bedroom is at the 1st floor and has a bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub, shower and a small balcony. The villa has all the comfort and the modern equipments you need to feel yourself at home and to spend a wonderful stay !

Sai yuan area is a pleasant and very quiet place while being close to the animation of Rawai Beach ... Restaurants and small shops are accessible within few minutes by walking as well as one 7-Eleven and Family Mart. The clinical Sai yuan is at 10 minutes walking from Villa Alia. Attractions nearby: 1- Rawai Beach and his village Sea-Gipsy where you can buy fishes, shellfish and seafoods and make them cook on the spot in the small restaurants in front of the market. Departure in long tail boat (wooden traditional boat) where you can discover Coral island, the crossing lasts approximately 30 minutes. 2 - Nai Harn Beach (one of the most beautiful beaches of Phuket). 3- "Big Bouddha" of Phuket sits masterfully on the hill of Nakkerd. The statue measures more than 45 meters in height 4- the Old Phuket Town, the buildings of style " Sino - Portuguese ", the night market is opened every Sunday 16:00-22:00 on Thalang Road. 5- Phuket Week-end Market, nicknamed also Chatuchak of Phuket (in reference to the market of Chatuchak of Bangkok) or Talat Tai Rot (Saturday -Sunday, from 16:30 6- Wat Chalong (the temple of Chalong) 7- Prompthep Cape, see view and sunset view
