- Spacious rooms, indoor and outdoor space for guests to relax - There are breezes coming in from the lake side all the time (especially in the late afternoon - evening time) - The house is fully equipped for self-catering - High standard on decoration, utilities and cleanliness (better than some 5-star venues in my experience) - The housekeeper is polite, welcoming and accommodating. - The fruits with breakfast are lovely. - Rice congee was good

This full-time staffed spacious and exclusive villa with a floor space of 450qm, consisting of 3 buildings with 3 bedrooms and attached bathrooms, is designed for up to 6 adults. The villa is surrounded by a 1,200 sqm garden and 42m lakefront complete with private jetty (and rowing boat, a green to putt or bow and a BBQ setting on the lake at later stage). With its own 8x4m swimming pool with Jacuzzi, two ponds and additional water features and a 16 sqm large lake pavilion, this villa is set for a dream vacation. Further details indoors: The built-up interior is 240 sqm, the covered outdoor area 200 sqm, further boasting an extra spacious and covered main terrace of 75 sqm. The main building houses the lounge, dining and kitchen area and is opened to the terrace and pool area through floor to ceiling glass doors. It includes a European kitchen with island and bar, built-in BBQ grill and fridge with ice maker. Facilities include LED TV in all rooms including Living room, Apple iMac and surround sound system. Two bedrooms are facing the pool and lake, one of which is the master bedroom complete with a outdoor spa, Jacuzzi and waterfall shower. The villa includes a separate guest bathroom, a carport for two vehicles, and storage and laundry room. All rooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms integrated into the bedroom, which can be separated by a sliding glass door. All floors are parquet, Italian ceramic tiles or marble. The sanitary facilities are Hansgrohe. Quality furniture and and built-in wardrobes, blackout curtains and indirect dimmable ceiling lights which are illuminating the 3.5 meter high wooden ceilings, giving each room a special atmosphere.
