The location of the hotel was perfect, the view from our room was wonderful. Beautiful low rise buildings and gardens. Very peaceful stetting. We have the fruits sent to the room every few days. Service and staff was simply excellent.

The hotel is built in a colonial style and the decor is slightly dated, however this adds to its charm. The gardens are lush and offer a beautiful outdoor setting. The pool is surrounded by lush greenery and is only 20m from the sea, you actually felt like you were in another exotic location like Bali or the Maldives. We even saw a monitor lizard in the garden. The staff were polite and attentative and room service was excellent. The buffet breakfast had a very large selection of hot and cold food to suit most tastes. We chose this hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. We would definitely book it again.

Breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choice and space. The staff at the hotel were exceptional - from the car park guys to the housekeeping team. They were always very keen to help. We ate at the hotel three times in the evenings. The food was very good, good value and if we had been any closer to the sea, we would have been in it! The two local markets - Tamarind and Cicada - are excellent. Much more than the standard street markets. A great stay.

I loved the deck area and personal direct beach access. Also the pool was fabulous and the kids had a blast. The ample availability of pool towels and the ever smiling eager to help super staff for service of drinks and food added to the overall experience.

It’s nicely renovated in Thai style. The staff are helpful. It offers free shuttle to town centre. It’s near the cicada and tamarind market which are excellent. 40 minutes walk to khoa takiap in the morning when it’s not so hot. Massage is good

The ambiance is simply incredible beautiful. The gardens, the atmosphere like being beamed into Siam from times of King Chulalongkorn. We loved the gardens, the staffs kindly and attentively checking all our wishes. The breakfast was perfect. The guest staying at this hotel fitting well in the more settled and mature atmosphere. The location directly at the beach is very much inviting for long walks and relaxed swimming.
