To much garbage everywhere.
We traveled al ost entire Tunisia with motorcycle, all country is full of garbage.
If we add that all local sellers want to take you as much as possible for anything than we actually described all bad things.
Same is in Monastir...so if those two things are not problem for you you will have great time in Monastir and all arround Tunisia

A terrible experience for me and my family. very dirty rooms...
A terrible experience for me and my family. very dirty rooms (i requested room change twice), no A/C, no internet in room or even floor other than lobby (very poor signal in lobby), no tv remote all rooms and only 6 Tunisian channels, no iron, no parking inside hotel except for about 12 to 16 cars, phone present but doesn't work, no consistent hot water, broken faucet, clogged sink and Beth tub, broken door luck that can be opened even after locking without key, housekeeping ladies very unprofessional and seems being hired with absolutely no training, they refused to change towels until I showed my frustration to the receptionist, very loud DJ in the pool almost all day, dangerous play in the pool (water polo and volleyball for adults around very you kids), pool closes at 6 and beach long chairs are taken away at 6 pm. bedding reminds me of the boys scout beds and worse. The food was The Only thing good but very dirty kitchen and dinning area. I traveled from the US to this hotel and wasted my vacation, my money and my family happiness at this place. Think 10 times before you book. Sincerely. Samir B.
ive traveled to dozens of countries and this facility was better than the bellagio in Vegas. absolutely stunning. reception spoke a dozen languages and was being friendly. samir in the lounge was so kind, i wish i could bring him with me. ames in reception went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable..i really can't say enough good things about my experience..i am overly critical especially on reviews but the experience with regency in monastir was 5 stars all the way..
Excellent Hôtel for family
respectful environment from tel receptionist the reception then all other Hotel staff ( Resto Cleaning and services)
what I liked more is the welcome face and behavior you can see from everyone there
that’s why even quality of residents / guests are respectful too
for me it is a five stars for a family looking for entertainment but also respect and good service
last but not least: very delicious food !
Very nice room/appartment with AC, wifi and comfortable bed
Excellent attention and full assistance by the hosts Faicel onsite and Amel on the phone. I really appreciate their interest and involvement with the guest
Great location at walking distance from Metro Sahel and Louage stations, and the main attractions in Monastir: Mausoleum Bourguiba, Ribat, Grand Mosque
Brand new, top-class, and luxurious hotel. This is a true 5-stars with a stunning decoration. The staff is helpful, spa is amazing, the food is perfect, the pools are awesome, it was an impeccable experience and not that expensive compared to other hotels. Don't waste your time looking for other hotels, just book this one, you'll not regret it.
The animation staff has done a good job (with the resources they have available).
Overall, the hotel staff were trying to meet expectations but they just couldn't as the hotel was so understaffed that the hotel bar, pool bar, and even the reception would stay empty sometimes for considerable periods of time.
It was close to the center of the city, so you can get to any place within 5 minutes.
It has a vintage style in the ancient town (traditional, المدينة العربي ) of Monastir, so it is like a trip to the past.
Everything is close by and you get to experience the lifestyle of people there 🥰
Very comfortable, spotless clean room. Daily room service, friendly staffs, very good breakfast & dinner. nice hydra massage, sauna, indoor swimming pool. good wifi, beautiful beach, huge parking lot. good location to go Sousse, Monastri, and as well as El Jem.
1.The hotel is clean and the stuff was so welcoming.
2. The location is well placed and near to the inner city.
3. The breakfast menu is well diversified but could be better with more local products ( mlewi, banbalouni, ....).
Everything was more than perfect, it is a rare kind of experience in which every single aspect of the hotel is well thought through and executed perfectly!
Very good value hotel on the seafront a short walk from the centre and the Rabat. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, though the bar shuts early.
