Positioned in a quiet same time not distant place - 5 min walk downhill to the closest shop, 10 min to the old town and marina. No traffic noise at all. Views from the balcony and terrace are pictorial. No neighbors are in sight - the one have to take an effort to spot the one :) Villa itself even being built somewhere about 10 years ago (just my guess) shows no signs of aging. Furniture is an a good condition (younger than a house). Fridge and cookware are fresh and handy, appliances works as expected. Pool is nice and spacious and well maintained. We stayed for two weeks, 5 adults / 5 kids (7-11 yo) - enjoyed our time much. What is really important (maybe just for us or alike visitors only) - location, location and location, as well as pretty much reasonable amount of comfort both inside and outside the house. Well done, Vesa&Tina! *Rated it 9 - just leaving the room for improvement - as there is always some :) But from our current experience - is is 10 for sure.
